According to Ben, the 2nd Amendment only applies to areas with a small black population (rural, white), since blacks in “urban areas” are more inclined to steal guns and use them to commit crimes.

Forget this guy. Carson is a liberal black Democrat, and probably voted for Obama…twice. He is most likely a redistributionist and black victimologist, blaming whites for the failures in his community. I wish the Conservatives would appeal to their base. I’m done with the GOP.
