The EAS test planned for 2:00 EDT today (November 9, 2011) failed. Some stations did receive part of the message while most stations did not. It appears that the test echoed the same success of the Obama administration.
At this time, the test has not been rescheduled. Rumors that Anonymous was able to effectively disrupt this test are unfounded.

Yo jackass, it was Obama that called for the test. If the Republicans weren’t such tight asses, it probably would have worked.
