I agree with what Rex is saying.
Great illustrations and points.
But, sometimes you need to step away from, boycott, and shake the dust off your feet from, those who create division and tear down good efforts.
Compliment, yes.
But beware of slipping into being co-dependent, and an enabler, to narcissistic “leaders”.
