John Boehner urges US Senate to pass surveillance reform bill

US House of Representatives leader John Boehner wants the USA Freedom Act passed.

House Speaker John Boehner issued a statement warning of the danger of letting the surveillance program expire shortly before the Senate began a rare Sunday session addressing how to deal with the issue.

“Al Qaeda, ISIL [Islamic State] and other terrorists around the globe continue to plot attacks on America and our allies,” Mr Boehner said. “Anyone who is satisfied with letting this critical intelligence capability go dark isn’t taking the terrorist threat seriously.”

The political class have no interest in protecting our Liberty. This is another example of why there is no political solution to our nation’s problems.

  1. Bill says:

This fool is on crack cocaine and taking large dosages of it. he clearly is not fit to serve in any position or capacity, his allegiances are to the monkey man in oval office and we can all clearly see this now. This madman must step down along with his entire republican leadership, these fools have gone rogue on there constituents. these are traitors to the constitution and our freedoms.
