Note The WILD Difference

Anyone care to pay attention?  No?

Then **** you all.

A prominent member of the Texas State Legislature turned himself in Thursday after an arrest warrant was issued accusing him of dropping an envelope containing small plastic bags of cocaine at an Austin airport in September.

The record appears to show that he dropped the envelope on the ground; airport workers found a white powder inside, called the cops, and it was cocaine.  They got a DNA sample and, I presume, matched it to DNA on the envelope.

Busted.

Oh by the way, he could get 10 years for that.

Now contrast this.

Hunter Biden, a few days before the 2016 election, turns in a car at a rental lot in Prescott, Arizona in the “after hours” (after the office had closed.)  He didn’t put the keys in the dropbox as you ordinarily do; he left them in the gas cap compartment.  In the vehicle he left his identification, credit cards (belonging to him), a cellphone, and a Secret Service business card, among other items.

Oh yeah, he also left a used crack pipe and a ziplock bag with a white powdery substance in it on the passenger seat.

Fingerprints were not found on the pipe (glass pipes are easy to wipe off) but the police determined it had indeed been used to smoke crack cocaine from the residue.  There is no word as to whether the pipe or the baggie were tested for DNA.

The police refused to prosecute.

Equal justice under the law?

Bull****.

If in the future I see a cop, prosecutor or anyone else associated with “just-us” on fire and I happen to have a cup of water with that I could use to put it out…….. I’m gonna drink it instead.

You Evil Piece of Crap (Barr)

Oh my Ghod.

Attorney General Bill Barr accused congressional Democrats Friday of “using every tool” to “sabotage” the Trump administration by setting a “dangerous” precedent in implying that the government is illegitimate.

….

“Now resistance is the language used to describe insurgency against rule imposed by an occupying military power. It obviously connotes that the government is not legitimate. This is a very dangerous and, indeed, incendiary notation to import into the politics of a democratic republic.”

What, you mean like The Rule of Law you bone-smoking piece of crap?

Where the **** have you been Bill while the entire medical system violates with impunity 100+ year old law and steals north of $3 trillion dollars a yearby doing so?

It is the largest criminal enterprise ever in the history of the planet, dwarfing by far the entirety of the Mexican Drug Cartels, the Mafia and every other corrupt regime in history combined.

There are exactly zero constraints in 15 USC Chapter 1 that prevent you from bringing charges against this industry writ large and stopping all of that.  There are in fact not one but two Supreme Court decisions in favor exactly that; Royal Drug and Maricopa County, both of which found that anti-trust law does indeed apply to the medical, pharmaceutical and medical insurance industry and that their “bulk buying” practices (e.g. what Trump is talking about now) are not exempt under McCarran-Ferguson as they are not “the business of insurance.”

Further Robinson-Patman makes illegal price discrimination against buyers of goods of like kind and quantity where the impact is to lessen competition or restrain trade.  Clearly, the refusal to post prices for medical goods (including drugs) where you can actually comparison shop prior to being obligated to pay lessens competition since you can’t possibly have competition if you don’t know the ****ing price!

You, sir, as the US Attorney General are in the unique position of being able to bring forward criminal charges and address this.  In fact it is not only within your “wheelhouse” and thus your right to do so it is your obligation to do so under your oath of office, an oath that you have discarded as soon as the stock market indices and the price of these firms became more important than law that has stood on the books for more than 100 years.

I do not give a wet crap who infests the White House until and unless this is addressed because on present trajectories by 2024, just five years from now, it is all going to go to crap, the Federal and especially local budgets (e.g. Chicago) are going to collapse and when, not if, the EBT cards stop working and the government cannot continue to put fake “money” into the system and have it absorbed in the form of ever-higher deficits the people who find themselves dispossessed of everything will turn on both sides of the aisle and burn every large city to the ground.

If you think this is hyperbole I assure you it is not.  This was identified 30 years ago and not one single Attorney General from either side of the aisle has done a damn thing about it.  President Obama along with Pelosi lied through their teeth to the American people about the ACA and you just let the federal government convict Stone for lying to the very people who bend the American public over the table with their lies on a daily basis while intentionally refusing to file charges against those who engage in conduct that facially appears to have been illegal for more than a century and who, by doing so, rip off the American public to the tune of more than $10,000 per person, per year.

The farcical “announcement” yesterday by President Trump is just the latest insult and butt-ramming that has been served up in the form of political crap.  A $300 fine for refusing to publish prices in sufficient detail, or at all, is laughable.  You can get a bigger ticket than that for speeding you five-alarm jackass!  Who takes seriously a fine akin to a speeding ticket when the offense is price-fixing and, quite-arguably, extortion and racketeering never mind violating 100+ year old laws that are supposed to carry $100 million fines and ten years in prison for each person so-involved?

You suck sir, just as do the rest of you who infest Washington DC and I, for one, will tip a glass when that entire edifice topples to the ground and you all face judgement for allowing it to go on while whining about inconsequential partisan bull****.
