Waiting for the Governor to Sign Off on the Magazine Ban in Colorado

At least some of the people in the once great state of Colorado understand the consequences of tyranny. From Resistor in the Rockies:

So what are we Coloradans supposed to do?!

Simply do not comply.

“All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution, are null and void.”

Chief Justice Marshall, Marbury v. Madison, 5, U.S. (Cranch) 137, 174,176

And if they try to take them, or take you for having them, shoot them in the face!

Sic semper tyrannis!

Colorado was the victim of a high pressure blackmail campaign by the Obama administration. This campaign will continue to expand across the country. Florida is next. Time will show us what the good people of Colorado and the sheep in New York will be willing to do for their Liberty.

Commierado Magazine Ban On Gov.’s Desk – We’re All Criminals

House Bill 1224, the Magazine Capacity Ban, was signed off by the House today. The bill is now on the Gov.’s desk. He has indicated he will sign it.

The bill will ‘allow’ you to keep your high capacity magazines if you owned them prior to the date this bill goes into effect. But even if you magazine complies with this bill, you may still be in violation

Why?

The devil is in the details.

    THE STATE OF COLORADO

“The State of Colorado, along with some others, is Ground Zero for national anti-gun legislative efforts this session. While it appears at first glance that the proposed bills are full of unintended consequences, it’s more likely they are being crafted with malice aforethought. For instance, Colorado guides and outfitters are being warned by their out-of-state clients that they will boycott Colorado if four specific anti-gun bills are passed into law this session.”
