Egypt Shows Us the Correct Course Concerning the Muslim Brotherhood

Since pResident Obama took office, the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood has permeated our government, courts, military and law enforcement. I believe we will soon see the consequences of Obama’s border policies by the emergence of Muslim terrorist cells across the country once war breaks out in the Middle East. As we saw in the Boston Marathon bombing, the FBI did not investigate Muslim mosques in Boston prior to the attack: they initiated an “outreach” program. We still do not know why Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi (a known terrorist) is still living in Boston after being named a person of interest in this bombing.

Which leads me back to the point of this article. If the United States banned the Muslim Brotherhood as Egypt has done today, how much of Washington, D.C. would be impacted? Including the pResident himself.

EGYPT BANS MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD GROUP

An Egyptian court has banned the Muslim Brotherhood group and ordered its assets confiscated in a dramatic escalation of a crackdown by the military-backed government against supporters of the ousted Islamist president Mohammed Morsi.

Egypt state TV said the court issued its ruling on Monday.

The Brotherhood was outlawed for most of its 85 years in existence. But after the 2011 ouster of autocrat Hosni Mubarak, it was allowed to work openly, formed a political party and rose to power in a string of post-Mubarak elections. In March, it registered as a recognized non-governmental organization.
