Found this from the Sullivan vs NYT Supreme Court case, excellent. “ In his concurring opinion, Justice Hugo Black wrote, “I doubt that a country can live in freedom where its people can be made to suffer physically or financially for criticizing their government, its actions, or its officials…An unconditional right to say what one pleases about public affairs is what I consider to be the minimum guarantee of the First Amendment.” Source: https://billofrightsinstitute.org/e-lessons/new-york-times-v-sullivan-1964

So what is the difference between his argument and the right to Americans to protest at the Capitol concerning the fraudulent elections of 2020?
David DeGerolamo
Ah, my kind of citizen! Bravo!
The difference is we now have a media who is not afraid to lie to us everyday, the difference now is that we have Socialists in congress who openly call for socialism (and why are socialists allowed to run for federal office in the US?). The difference now is we have a societal breakdown where men who want to be women can be. And if you condemn them, YOU are the problem. I could go on for pages, but, you get the idea.
Agreed. A “verbal beatdown” is not the kind the socialists need. We really should get off our apathetic asses and fix the root cause of the issues.
Yes. We are having one hell of a time getting off our asses and beating the hell out of theirs, aren’t we?
It’s getting close . You can feel the tension . Soon ! Very soon ! Amen !
This is the America I grew up with! Let the Peoples Voice be Heard, not Silenced and Dismissed by a group of Marxists Elitist. As JFK said….Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable. The masses are awakening…
AMEN!
Spot on David and notice the IRONY -- He is BRITISH. I know the accent, well, being Irish, myself.
When the JUSTIFIED REVOLUTION begins I will then reveal who I am.
Hint -- A REVOLUTIONARY family in/from Ireland
It was a beautiful message to everyone.
