Biden is out of this mind along with the rest of the liberal -- if this people can see the destruction Biden is causing them -- /wow they just don’t get it -- The Constitution was given to us by God through the founding fathers and these enemies of god have no standing with me -- the Laws of god are far above the laws of man

The Declaration of Independence is our founding document. The Constitutions are theirs.

All three Constitutions could evaporate tomorrow, and it would not matter to Americans. All our rights and guarantees would still be there, as claimed in The Unanimous Declaration of Independence (still the one and only, still 100% functional after all these years, accept no substitutes).

However, the entities created by the Constitutions (U.S. Citizens and citizens of the United States) would become stateless, and would need to return to either Britain, Puerto Rico, or whatever country would take them.

As to the notion of Amendment the Second being limited…well, no, it wasn’t. Still isn’t.

“Arms” meant and means “anything of military utility.” The Continental Navy consisted almost entirely of privately owned warships, fully outfitted with cannon. The Redcoat raid at Lexington and Concord was to seize cannon and powder/shot supplies.

A “right” is, by definition, unlimited.

If you have to purchase or ransom your “rights” back, they are by definition, privileges.

And to permit the selfsame a-holes that tried to take American arms back then (the Crown) to claim they have “regulatory authority” to do what they couldn’t do by force of arms…well, that’s just a special kind of stupid.

Americans can own any piece of equipment used by any military in the world. That’s how delegated authority works. You cannot delegate authorities that you do not, yourself, possess. Want an F-15? Well, if you can afford it, and the upkeep and consumables, knock yourself out.

So, the take-away of the day: only “weapons of war” are protected under the 2A and Common Defense Clause. Turkey and deer were not a significant threat to maintaining a “State of being free.”

The mental garbage that folks ingest, on both sides, is unbelievable. Groupies just have to mindlessly follow along, because they don’t know any better. Kind of a mental disorder for the dumbmasses.

just a reminder here…
the bill of rights is NOT a limit on what the citizens may or may not do….
the bill of rights IS and DOES limit what the FEDERAL(not state or local) government can do.

Yes.

And “U.S. Citizens” are “Federal Entities” or “Governmental Units.” So it is a limit on what “U.S. Citizens” may do. Constitutions are employment contracts. Two sides to those. Employer and employee.

People are not “U.S. Citizens.” They are the principals to the contracts, not creations of them. Read the Bills of Rights in all three Constitutions. The first ten amendments do not say “the right of the U.S. Citizens…” Right of The People. Reading comprehension.

Federal Franchises in the form of “State of State,” “County of County,” and “City of City” sub-units (anything Incorporated under or taking block grants from the USA Inc. or US Inc.) are also beholden to every jot of private employee code. They are not sovereign, since they are simply subsidiaries of DC.

Do you see what has happened here? Do you see why the “DOJ” (Private legal think-tank for the District of Columbia government) is telling “State of Missouri” that their attempts to “nullify” Federal “firearm law” is going to get them in trouble? And why, unless and until more people on Missouri correct their status and join their State Assembly, it’s going to keep happening?

The actual state governments (State Assemblies) were mothballed after the mercenary war known as “The Civil War,” which was just a conflict fought between the two foreign subcontractors. The Reconstruction stalled, since nobody told the actual Americans they had to do it themselves. So, the Brits and Romans, committing fraud by omission, took over and have been running the show ever since. The real insidious part was thus: since they were bound by international Treaty and Contracts (The Constitutions) to obey their Employers (Americans, born on a physical state), they sought to “re-define” everyone here, gradually, as one of them.

Read that again. Americans are top of the food chain. The subcontractors are contractually obligated to jump if we say “toad.” But presume that we are all simply their co-workers, and subject to their Codes? Well, you get what you see now.

It’s why any mention of the “Constitutions” in their courts will get you nailed to the wall for contempt. After all, you show up, with a British foreign agent there “re-presenting you” as a Subject of the Queen, and start jabbering about having rights that belong to the foreigners you are here to serve. Of course the judge is going to set you down hard.

And it does not matter what you have “always assumed to be true” regarding your Nationality. Yes, you were born here, but you were Shanghaied in your cradle, and have never set the record straight.

So, upshot is- yes, every last one of the ten amendments is enforceable and applicable- but only if you make sure you are on-record as an American, not a Brit.

I am interested in your comments. How do you determine if your status is US Citizen or American? If you were born in the US is your status US Citizen of is American? Where should I go learn more?

I like it, and I follow, but I don’t see enough of a percentage of people following through to be worth putting a target on their backs with the publicly accessible paperwork required to be “on record”… which would be the problem for many, I think considering…

Agree.
Getting off the tax rolls is one thing (16 yrs ago) but getting shot over the lack of auto registration or driver’s license is also another. One has to decide how much is important and stick to those issues, but whatever you do, do not give consent to remain tax slave to the corporations. They legally own you.

When I see Biden compared to President James Madison I wonder what we have done to deserve a bumbling fool that cant even walk down or up a flight of stairs. The man belongs in a rest home. He lied anyway he could to become president and committed felonious fraud and he cant even stand up half the time. That shows me the man has got no character about him. When I see James Madison, Washington, Jackson, Johnson, Jefferson, men that knew what the price of blood meant, I see character. Biden is a turd. I hate to vent, but if we as nation do not repent of our wicked ways and oust these POS’s we are finished as country. The constitution is what ole Bush said it was a gd piece of paper.

This, is the crux of the issue with the debate surrounding the ammendment.
Anyone with a 6th grade reading comprehension can get it, sadly that is less than half our nation.
As XTRON says, the document restricts the actions of the government, not the citizens. Our rights are literally unrestricted, hence the wording any 6th grader should be able to grasp.

WE pay for THEIR prepping….. as they attack Our RIGHT to keep a semi-automatic rifle
“They” have many Deep Underground Military Bunkers (DUMB) with entire hospitals, multi-millions of meals, everything you could conceive of in supplies ……….. that YOU paid for.
https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/38593/evacuations-during-capitol-siege-shine-light-on-vast-underground-tunnel-network
I’d like to point out …. In order to “feel safe” the politicians “need” 7,000+ nuclear warheads ,,, at least 11 aircraft carrier battle groups and hundreds more ships , how many multi Billion$ F35s, how many Troops “under arms” and tanks, tanks beyond counting. They employ inhumane ILLEGAL arms such as Depleted Uranium, White Phosphorous, and Napalm. The government is spending $700BILLION every year on GUNS. The Liars swear we are “imminent danger” of being overrun by Barbarian Hordes and that we should be terrified and give Them all the money they want, to buy every conceivable weapon . According to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (Sipri), as the largest military in the world by far, the US has spent an average $650 billion every year since 2010. It spends more on defense than the next nine countries combined. Of this amount, $400 billion is earmarked for nuclear weapons between 2017 and 2026, which is an increase of $52 billion from the previous 10-year estimate of $348 billion, according to a Congressional Budget Office report. The US now exports 34% of global arms sales. US arms sales are rising as Russia’s, the next largest arms dealer, are falling. Indeed military spending is big business -- the “military-industrial complex”, a term coined by President Eisenhower, is thriving.
…..But we are “crazy” to want semiauto weapons to defend ourselves …….. then it surrounds it’s self with 24/7 ARMED bodyguards and WALLS, WALLS, WALLS for THEM, but you are a racist bigot for wanting a wall . …. and even THAT is not enough as they constantly tell they need MORE weapons and BIGGER weapons ….. then tells YOU that YOU are crazy for wanting semiauto weapons …… “they” have hidden bunkers, stocked with tons of food, medical supplies, equipment, all paid for by YOU, but you will not be welcome inside ….. but YOU are a NUT-CASE for prepping.
WE pay for THEIR protection & prepping.
WE should be getting tax credits for OUR prepping. All gun & ammo purchases should be sales tax free. We should get an allowance for prepping food & gear.
Actually it just strikes me -- — I wonder how many synagogues are well stocked shelters on YOUR TAXES? DHS has been pouring Your money into Jewish “security” leaving you as a Second Class Citizen who just gets and pays the Bills. So I looked it up:
https://forward.com/news/breaking-news/203059/jewish-groups-get-94-of-homeland-security-grants
/  The Department of Homeland Security allocated to Jewish institutions $12 million, or 94 percent, of $13 million in funds for securing nonprofits. NINTY FOUR PERCENT.
Every year THEY are spending $23,400 (borrowed at interest) PER American on GUNS ….. but YOU are the crazy.
World’s super-rich are hoarding physical gold in secret bunkers. Data from Goldman research showed that owning the physical metal seems to be the global elite’s preferred way to hedge against tail events. Physical buying of gold has increased at a rapid pace in the past three years, statistics showed. “Since the end of 2016 the implied build in non-transparent gold investment has been much larger than the build in visible gold ETFs (Exchange-traded funds),” Goldman said in a note sent to clients and seen by Yahoo Finance. That simply means that for those including gold in their luxurious bunkers, demand for which has been growing at a fast pace, owning bullion is a must.
BUT YOU are a nut case …………… Oh yes you are crazy, for paying for THEIR PREPS.

The masses could care less, they’ll just keep cheering on the next thieving idiots, and let them live like kings while they tax us to death.
The brainwashing is out of hand. As is the apathy.

Well, since baizuo biden &co. Are not the gov’t, he’s saying that we the people need nukes, and eagles to remove the usurpers currently falsely in power, from their fake thrones. I submit- can do easy- without nukes and eagles. Problem is… good guys don’t start gunfights, even when they should, and are justified!
