Gold ETF Market Breaks: BlackRock Suspends ETF Issuance Due To “Surging Demand For Gold”

BlackRock’s Gold ETF (IAU) has seen fund inflows every day in 2016 (no outflows at all) and with the stock trading above its NAV for most of the year, the world’s largest asset manager has made a significant decision:

  • *BLACKROCK SAYS ISSUANCE OF GOLD TRUST SHARES SUSPENDED
  • *BLACKROCK SAYS SUSPENSION DUE TO DEMAND FOR GOLD

Translation:

Paper gold is worthless. As people cash in their paper for physical gold, defaults will occur and the price of gold will necessarily skyrocket. The same logic is applicable to paper currency as the paper money supply is not sufficient to cover hoarding of physical currency.

I rather put my money into things that people really need when you run out of money. You cannot eat gold.

All (fiat) paper is ultimately worthless -- this of course includes currency, stocks and bonds, “receipts” for gold stored by an investment bank, etc. And that which is worthless unto Good, is surely a wealth of Evil, in its very diabolical design. This must be so, because “promises” are ultimately only as good as the men who make them, and we have been warned that there are none righteous, not even a single one. -- Romans 3:10

In this same vein of teaching, the words of Jeremiah and Ecclesiastes come to mind --
Then I said, “What sorrow is mine, my mother. Oh, that I had died at birth! I am hated everywhere I go. I am neither a lender who threatens to foreclose nor a borrower who refuses to pay--yet they all curse me.”
-- Jeremiah 15:35

-and-

“For as wisdom is a defence, so money is a defence : but learning and wisdom excel in this, that they give life to him that possesseth them. Consider the works of God, that no man can correct whom He hath despised. In the good day enjoy good things, and beware beforehand of the [coming] evil day: for God hath made both the one and the other, that man may not find against him any just complaint.”
-- Ecclesiastes 7:12~14

We have, indeed, been warned. But, the same chapter of Romans explains why none heed the warning --
As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
There is none that understandeth,
there is none that seeketh after God.
They are all gone out of the way,
they are together become unprofitable;
there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Their throat is an open sepulchre;
with their tongues they have used deceit;
the poison of asps is under their lips:

Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness;
Their feet are swift to shed blood;
Destruction and misery are in their ways;
And the way of peace have they not known;
There is no fear of God before their eyes.

Now we know that what things soever the Law saith,
it saith to them who are under the law:
that every mouth may be stopped,
and all the world may become guilty before God.

Therefore by the deeds of the Law
there shall no flesh be justified in His sight:
for by the Law is the knowledge of sin.

-- Romans 3:10~20

Only those of true and abiding faith are given unto true wisdom; and only those who, by Grace and with humility, have removed the splinters of greed and pride from their own eye, have the ability to see the spiritual battle all around them; what Satan is working upon the world, and what God is working upon us, each in our own hearts. But even in the Grace of wisdom there are limits which man may not transgress --

“These things also I saw in the days of my vanity:
A just man perisheth [early] in his justice,
and a wicked man liveth a long time in his wickedness.
Be not over just: and be not more wise than is necessary,
lest thou become stupid.
Be not overmuch wicked: and be not foolish,
lest thou die before thy time.
It is good that thou shouldst hold up the just,
yea and from him withdraw not thy [supporting] hand:
for he that feareth God, neglecteth nothing.

-Ecclesiastes 7:15~18

Yes. You cannot eat gold.
i have been led repeatedly back to these verses. And verses like these.
Yahuah:
He may do His work, His strange work; and bring to pass His act, His strange act. Isaiah 28:21
“Punishment and chastisement is a strange act?
I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked. Ezekial : 33:11
And as His children i believe we should feel and be much the same. Yet we know chastisements are coming.
