I did a search this morning on “Biden devil horn” images and Google put the above cartoon in the results. A two for one propaganda result since it was Obama who locked up the migrant children. Know your enemy in order to defeat them. Social media is the enemy of truth and its manipulation can be defeated with low tech methods.
