Governments Admit that Much of Modern History Has Been Manipulated By False Flag Attacks

In the following instances, officials in the government which carried out the attack (or seriously proposed an attack) admit to it, either orally, in writing, or through photographs or videos:

(1) As admitted by secret Russian police files that are part of the Hoover Institution’s archives, the Russian Tsar’s secret police set off bombs and killed people in order to blame and arrest labor agitators. And see this.

(2) Japanese troops set off a small explosion on a train track in 1931, and falsely blamed it on China in order to justify an invasion of Manchuria. This is known as the “Mukden Incident” or the “Manchurian Incident”. The Tokyo International Military Tribunal found: “Several of the participators in the plan, including Hashimoto [a high-ranking Japanese army officer], have on various occasions admitted their part in the plot and have stated that the object of the ‘Incident’ was to afford an excuse for the occupation of Manchuria by the Kwantung Army ….” And see this.

(3) A major with the Nazi SS admitted at the Nuremberg trials that – under orders from the chief of the Gestapo – he and some other Nazi operatives faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland.

(4) Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering admitted to setting fire to the German parliament building in 1933, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson.

(5) Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev admitted in writing that the Soviet Union’s Red Army shelled the Russian village of Mainila in 1939 – while blaming the attack on Finland – as a basis for launching the “Winter War” against Finland. Russian president Boris Yeltsin agreed that Russia had been the aggressor in the Winter War.

It’s true that people don’t start wars, their governments do. Perhaps another reason our forefathers insisted in a small government with limited powers.

Exactly! And this is also why, in Article 1, Section 8 of our Constitution, they gave the authority to declare war explicitly to the Congress, thus explicitly withholding this power from the President… Unfortunately, there hasn’t been a president in 60 years who hasn’t usurped that power and sent US Troops into foreign wars for political and/or economic reasons which benefitted them (and their clatch of cronies) personally.

The false authority by which every president of the 20th century has usurped the Congress’es authority to declare war is found in Article 2, Section 1 of our Constitution, which names the President to be the “Commander and Chief” of the armed forces -- but ONLY when called into service. See below the actual wording of the Constitution in the matter --

Art.2, Section 1.“The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States;

So the question then is, “who has the authority to call the Army and Navy of the United States into service?” -- because this is the SOLE act by which a President obtains the authority to serve as Commander and Chief of the armed forces of the United States.

The answer, of course, being that the Congress, in possessing the delegated power of We the People to Declare War and to Make Peace, thus possesses the sole authority to call the military forces of the United States into *actual service*, and thus grant and confer the title and authority of “Commander and Chief of the armed forces” upon the President. And, in like manner, the Congress may also revoke said title and authority from the President; whether Congress shall do so by declaring Peace unilaterally, or by executing a treaty of peace with the opposing nation(s) or force(s), or by other means at law which the Congress may see fit to execute in answering the prevailing circumstances of the time.

Thus, the title and authority of “Commander and Chief” is not a permanent attribute of the Presidency, but is only operative when the Congress shall so grant said title and authority, and then only for so long, and/or under such conditions, as the Congress shall see fit to maintain said title and authority.

So the President is “Commander in Chief” only during a declared war which we have not been in since 1945.

But in Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 it states “The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States….”
No mention of the Air Force(which didn’t exist) or the marines which technically is a branch of the Navy.

I could not agree more with this truth of the psychopath oligarchy. As nothing is beyond the pale with these f****ing lunatics. Nothing.
“What’s the difference between a politician and a psychopath?”
Beyond the pale works both ways as a certain threshold is crossed.

This is an informative glimpse into the war of people who desire freedom and the psychopaths which profit off of denying liberty. It is not much different from the psychopaths running the crime syndicate regime formally known as the federal government.

At the turn of the last century, Herbert Hoover was a major investor in Russian natural resources. He lost his fortune to the Bolshevik revolution. He had established a “working relationship” with the Tsar. So from that time on, Western political forces have tried to take back what was lost.

And let us not forget the Gulf of Tonkin and USS Liberty false flags… both of which directly relate to the US federal government’s willingness to participate in such underhanded manipulation tactics (from either end).

WE HAVE BEEN WARNED

They usurped that power only because congress said nothing in protest. Neither did the people, who this congress was supposed to represent. It was an abdication of power by all involved.

Evil can only do what it is allowed.

And, sadly, there is no remedy to the situation. At least not at the ballot box.
