Tim Geithner recently stated that the government writes 80 million checks to people each month. In the 2008 presidential election, 129,391,711 votes were cast. I believe there are good people working in government and collecting entitlements who will vote in the best interests of our country and future. Unfortunately, when times are bad, money has a way of making people rationalize bad decisions.
