The legal issue is not whether Biden can unconditionally pardon Hunter for any crime making him “above the law”. The issue is whether Biden was a legally elected President. It would be easy to prove fraud in the 2020 elections which would vitiate the election results. Any legislation passed, executive orders released or legislation passed in the Senate as the result of a Harris tiebreaker vote would be nullified. Any pardons issued would not be valid since Biden has no legal authority as a fraudulent President.

This is what we get when we continue to tolerate a tyrannical criminally corrupt U.S. federal government. Our founders would have overthrown that government years ago and restored the government in strict compliance with the Constitution as they had intended it to be.
There is so much to be accomplished, so many different threads, while I agree FJB was a fraudulent president, I don’t want to see the other prosecutions held up while the fight over ‘fraud vitiates all’ works through to conclusion. Get on with what ever can be accomplished in the meantime. Soooo much to get done in 4 years!
The “Rule of Law” needs to be re-examined. For it to be fair--for it to exist at all--every person presently incarcerated in a U.S. prison for reasons mirroring F Hunter Biden’s pardoned offenses, needs to be released immediately. Provided that they have committed no violent crimes.
That might--might--allow the American people to believe in the concepts of fairness and justice.

Of course the 2020 election was invalid. Anyone with the IQ of soap knows that. Changes nothing. No court or judge will EVER allow any evidence of the fraud to ever be presented as evidence. The turmoil from invalidating the Biden Crime Syndicate’s tenure would be immeasurable. Thus it will NEVER be allowed to happen.
Hunter is a habitual criminal. He can’t help himself. He WILL commit more felonies. Watch him like a hawk. When he does something arrest him, charge him and tell him he can either spend decades behind bars OR sell out his family. He will sell out in a heartbeat, then you go after ALL of them.
How do you pardon someone without a determination of guilt? To pardon means to wipe the slate clean for a convicted offense. Seems like it’s a free pass for Hunter no matter what he did even if there’s a conviction 5 years from now. It’s so crooked it makes the banana republics look like the good guys.
It must be challenged in court because with this level of corruption that pardon pen will be replaced with a rubber stamp. Imagine blanket pardons for all the deep state operatives, Big Pharma, Fauci, Gates, China, Democrat politicians, illegal aliens, abortionists, etc…. Where does it end?
