The reason Cheatle will not answer is because the number of shell cases will prove that was more than one shooter.

I bet there were 5 to 8 shell casings on the roof, resulting from the volley spent by Crooks following the initial 3 shots. Those particular 3 casings everyone is dwelling on were collected by the professional snipers at their position. Has anyone asked forensics if they have matched the bullets retrieved from the bleachers and surrounding area in order to determine what weapons they came from? I’m betting the first 3 bullets and the last shot heard came from one weapon and the volley of 5 to 8 random shots came from Crooks’ long rifle. Crooks was the patsy this time.
Law enforcement ie investigation is not about showing the actual facts (perhaps at one time it was) it’s about convicting in the court of public opinion
