I thought Obama is supporting the Muslim Brotherhood? So are we now supporting the Shia? It appears that the media in the United States has modified the ISIS movement in Iraq/Syria from al Qaeda to Sunni rebels. Iran is supporting the current Iraqi Shia government with troops. Does this mean that the current US installed government in Iraq is now in bed with Iran?
Does anyone else need a scorecard to figure out which Islamic state the pResident is supporting?

Wahhabis are the main sect in Saudi Arabia. I should have added that I have lost track of the countries that this pResident supports also. And those countries that he does not support.
David, I think the short answer to your question is that Ogabe will give lip service support to the least malignant (du jour) faction of Islam. But, I believe assigning degrees of malignancy to factions of Islam isn’t that much different than speculating which of these deck chairs look best on that iceberg.
