I Miss Rush Limbaugh

I well remember his TV show. My dad was an avid viewer of it, and I usually sat and watched it as well. Rush was right about most of his espoused positions, and was immensely entertaining in the process. It all seems kind of quaint now, as memelords online have supplanted much of what he used to do, and don’t have the constraints he did in order to operate on broadcast radio and TV. Point being they can punch a lot harder than he ever could. At the same time, the meme wars lack the civic education angle that Rush worked into some of his shows.
