Who exactly is the burdensome, broken and disturbingly unsensible welfare system being run for?
A new study found that both illegal and legal immigrants, who typically work low wage jobs, receive more in government assistance each year than struggling American families do.
via the Washington Examiner:
Illegal immigrant households receive an average of $5,692 in federal welfare benefits every year, far more than the average “native” American household, at $4,431…
The Center for Immigration Studies, in an analysis of federal cost figures, found that all immigrant-headed households — legal and illegal — receive an average of $6,241 in welfare, 41 percent more than native households. As with Americans receiving benefits such as food stamps and cash, much of the welfare to immigrants supplements their low wage jobs.
The total cost is over $103 billion in welfare benefits to households headed by immigrants.
Not only is this staggering cost a source of contention with American taxpayers, but it is something of a hidden boon for corporations who can get away with paying workers, many of whom are illegal, less money in wages because their livelihoods are being supplemented by welfare.
It’s interesting to see there have been no comments posted on this story. Maybe it’s because there is really nothing new here and apathy abounds?
The masses who foolishly believeThe Donald is the answer to this problem are going to be awash in disappointment.
I have always felt the subject of this post is just one of many tactics within the Cloward-Piven Strategy Obama adapted to help overwhelm the system, while keeping the border as open as possible, why embedding as many illegals as possible -- quietly nation wide, while attracting more illegals/Democratic voters for the tipping point one day of one party rule.
Its been going on so long I’m sure there is a certain amount of apathy with some…angry disgust with me. Obviously Trump has hit a nerve with his long term dedicated supporters and they are behind him on it -- shoot. I give him credit for his non-PC brazen in their face stand (I have recently jumped on the Trump caboose as it went flying past me…having waved goodbye to Carson and then Cruz).
I don’t know if Trump actually will be the answer to this problem -- or any of the others he has always been a wild card with crazy hair to me, but compared to the alternatives he is the best last hope at this moment in political time.
Excuse me, I have to leave and head to Cosco and but more stuff…while I still can.
