So you are telling me that the cops could not take 5 minutes to run a check with the DMV to determine if her name was in fact on the registration? If that is not incompetance I dont know what is. Not sure if it is racism (possibly but need more info) but most certainly laziness and stupidity. I hope she wins her law suit.
