The 2nd Amendment was left off but it has been under attack since US v. Miller and the NFA. With the additions to the Cybersecurity Act concerning the limitation of ammunition and magazine sizes, we must understand that this right is the last best hope for Liberty. The 10th amendment was annulled by the 14th amendment. The Bill of Rights? The Land of the Free? The Home of the Brave? Let’s hope that the Brave among us understand our current position.
