My question is why do they need “interagency partners” if the next anticipated battlespace is not domestic? Why so much emphasis on Texas? I think the answers to these questions are fairly self-explanatory.

In light of Harry’s comment. Maybe the citizens should have a “Civilian Defense” training exercise at the same time, you know, to train against an invasion of our southern borders. It could happen. Wait, it already did? We could dress in muticam and look just like the soldiers that are trying to look just like us! Can you say operation clusterfuc..

Interesting concept … explore it a bit further …

Perhaps wear field officers’ dress and organize the troops for re-deployment elsewhere. Order them into civilian dress for their next ‘op’. Then march them into their own interment camps. With instructions to the guards about their pending protests.

Might not work, but it would be fun.
