Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia school board meeting, a meeting that was ultimately deemed an “unlawful assembly” after many attendees vocally opposed a policy on transgender students.
What people did not know is that, weeks prior, Smith says, a boy wearing a skirt, entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.
Scott’s attorney, Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school.
As a result of the viral video showing his arrest, Smith became the poster child for what the National School Boards Association has since suggested could be a form of “domestic terrorism”: a white blue-collar male who showed up to harangue obscure public servants on his local school board.
“If someone would have sat and listened for thirty seconds to what Scott had to say, they would have been mortified and heartbroken,” Lancaster said.
Minutes before Smith’s arrest at the school board meeting, the Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) superintendent lectured the public that concerns about the transgender policy were misplaced because the school system had no record of any assault occurring in any school bathroom.
Then a woman wearing a rainbow heart shirt – a left-wing community activist – told Smith she did not believe his daughter, he says. His rage reached a boil and he had a heated exchange of words with the woman. A police officer, there to keep the peace in the meeting, pulled on his arm. Smith yanked it away. Before he knew it, Smith says, he was hit in the face, handcuffed and dragged across the floor, with his pants pulled down. Images of the incident were splashed on televisions and newspapers across the world.
A young girl emotionally and permanently injured, an enraged father in immense pain for what happened to his daughter, and a sick society that defends and celebrates the intolerable and deviant behavior that led to this event. There’s very little that can me as sick or angry as this.

If that happened to my daughter I would make sure everyone saw what I did to understand the consequences they need to suffer. Some frontier justice would do this world some good. And where were this guy’s friends? A friend should have made a ruckus, had the cops rush away while the dad finished business…with the kid and the broad in the rainbow heart shirt.
Parents should look at the facts and realize that government schools cannot not be reformed. School boards are pure evil.
Parents must pull their children from government schools and home school them.
If I was the girls father, I would have made front page alright, but not because of a school board meeting. Let’s face it, the law is not the law of old. Time to posse up and handle the communities business..

Loudoun Co govt is WRECKLESS & CORRUPT! Their school system has hidden a number of atrocious actions that have taken place behind closed doors. This has been going on for YEARS. Parents are just now starting to wake up, but the Loudoun County government has been wreckless in how they operate. “Diversity” is more important than safety.
There is nothing safe about allowing trannies to enter girls’ bathrooms. If we’re going to talk ‘terrorism’, how about discussing the TERROR of a girl being raped?
About 5 years ago, Loudoun County officials were challenged by a Loudoun County employee for their wreckless decision to “educate” known MS-13 gang members who were being taught separately in a government area adjacent to where the employees were working. When the govt officials were given an ultimatum by a group of very angry employees who learned of this covert arrangement, those MD-13 gang members were removed from the County building and placed elsewhere. The question remains — where did those gang members get moved to? And how many were roaming the halls of public school buildings?
Kept secret under the sham of ‘privacy’, 99% of what goes on in PUBLIC schools that all taxpayers help to fund should be made public, not kept hidden or undisclosed or private.
So here’s the question — How many more public schools in other states are hiding corrupt and wreckless decisions? How many public schools operate in secrecy? Until parents actively engage their community schools, and the “officials” behind school actions and “education”, no one has any idea. Parents have intentionally been kept from freely entering public schools. Parents usually have zero textbooks to review…it’s all part of the agenda behind public schools. And when a parent or concerned community member challenges the school system, the label “terrorist” is used to threaten someone.

Somewhere on The Blaze website is an article detailing how this same “kid” raped another girl at another school he transferred to after this rape. I think my husband said he/it had to transfer as part of the cover-up. My husband just read about it last night.
Found the article, but it states the charge on the second victim case is sexual battery. All parties involved in the cover-up need to go to prison!
Speaking as a father of two grown daughters. Dad made a mistake. One I would not have made. He attempted to handle the situation through the authorities that allowed it. First, I’d find and terminate with prejudice, very, very, slowly, the little deviant who attacked my daughter. Then I’d do the school board. All of them. Then the school superintendent, then the school principal, and then the teachers, as far as I could get, until the ‘authorities’ get me. BFTTW. I’m not a violent person by nature, but some things are worth dying for. Family, Country, God.

The school board should all hang for the concealment. The rapist I think is in jail but will probably be released because he pretended to be transgender, the left’s new little perverted icon. We don’t need to waste our time waiting on justice; justice has vacated the country. Let a year go by and then make this erection in a skirt disappear. No Amber Alert, no news flash of missing persons, just poof…he’s gone as if he were never born.
First, allow a year to pass to fog the motive. Then make the bastard disappear. Plan it well, don’t get caught.
