And everybody just goes on like business as usual. Unbelievable.
I didn’t hear the chairwoman ask him to leave, she just asked him to stop speaking out of order. When the officer came in, she said,” he has been asked to leave” which was not in evidence on the tape. She gave a false report to police.
NC law says you must be asked to leave by someone in charge and then refuse to comply before being arrested for anything, trespass or disorderly conduct. The elements of the criminal charge are just not there. This charge will be thrown out if heard by a competent judge.
