I’m a gym rat. Ergo I also pay a lot of attention to nutrition. In the 1980’s thru I’m going to say 2020, in any gym I belonged to there were at least 25 to 30 guys benching over 405. Reping 375 for 8 plus reps. You would be hard pressed to find anybody achieving close to the weight in any gym currently. Same thing with squats. 500 lbs plus squats were not that rare back then. Unheard of today. There’s a sports med Doc that lifts at my gym. A lady in her late 50’s early 60’s. She tells me she has 20 year olds on TRT. A lot of them. It’s in the food man. Men with no Testosterone are pretty docile and easy to control. Just sayen.
