Trump may well be “The Guy.” Just not the guy many think or wish him to be! we are not in controll, we need to seek and follow the One who is in controll!

I don’t think that Trump will have the honest moment to himself that he was duped into his decisions about Covid and the vax… which essentially is the case. The operative word here is: DUPED.
A president has to take action on the words of advisors which if you haven’t noticed by now--follow him like a massive entourag 24/7. He can’t have that come-to-Jesus moment and allow himself to admit that he was tragically and completely wrong about these Covid decisions. Most likely it was that (dual-citizen) feckless son-in-law that pushed him ultimately into pulling the vax trigger. Trump is stubborn and headstrong and on massive decisions such as this Covid blunder he is not reversing course.
Now Michael Yon (whom I admire) is taking the wrong track with Trump. A) the Covid nightmare is over. B) the alternative Communist total and complete takeover of every facet of our lives is waaaaay more important than vax missteps in the past.
Of course Trump was duped into the vax and covid decisions by massive medial leftist/deep-state operatives. Do you actually think he spent time going over and assessing scientific journals and vax studies? No way. In this emergency situation there is heavy reliance on teams of scientific advisors--only in this case he could not fathom they were playing him for a sucker by over-playing this alleged pandemic.
If Trump were smart--he’d come out (in an interview with Tucker) and admit he was wrong and come clean about the bad information given to him by Fauci and other medical deep-state zipperheads.

You and I are not privy to know whether Donald was in on it or did a lousy job and got conned. Take your pick. At this point, all that matters is the horrific results. Now, of course we can surmise based on other facts but that’s about it. I know which way I’m leaning.

2:10-16 God has revealed true wisdom to us by his Spirit. Here is a proof of the Divine authority of the Holy Scriptures, 2Pe 1:21. In proof of the Divinity of the Holy Ghost, observe, that he knows all things, and he searches all things, even the deep things of God. No one can know the things of God, but his Holy Spirit, who is one with the Father and the Son, and who makes known Divine mysteries to his church. This is most clear testimony, both to the real Godhead and the distinct person of the Holy Spirit. The apostles were not guided by worldly principles. They had the revelation of these things from the Spirit of God, and the saving impression of them from the same Spirit. These things they declared in plain, simple language, taught by the Holy Spirit, totally different from the affected oratory or enticing words of man’s wisdom. The natural man, the wise man of the world, receives not the things of the Spirit of God. The pride of carnal reasoning is really as much opposed to spirituality, as the basest sensuality. The sanctified mind discerns the real beauties of holiness, but the power of discerning and judging about common and natural things is not lost. But the carnal man is a stranger to the principles, and pleasures, and actings of the Divine life. The spiritual man only, is the person to whom God gives the knowledge of his will. How little have any known of the mind of God by natural power! And the apostles were enabled by his Spirit to make known his mind. In the Holy Scriptures, the mind of Christ, and the mind of God in Christ, are fully made known to us. It is the great privilege of Christians, that they have the mind of Christ revealed to them by his Spirit. They experience his sanctifying power in their hearts, and bring forth good fruits in their lives.
I admire your passion for the scriptures. That being said, it was too long for me to read. Have you ever thought about making a single point with a lot less wording on a website like this that has many other comments to read? Sometimes less is more.
