What is the Million Veteran Program (MVP)?
MVP is a national, voluntary research program funded entirely by the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research & Development. The goal of MVP is to partner with Veterans receiving their care in the VA Healthcare System to study how genes affect health. To do this, MVP will build one of the world’s largest medical databases by safely collecting blood samples and health information from one million Veteran volunteers. Data collected from MVP will be stored anonymously for research on diseases like diabetes and cancer, and military-related illnesses, such as post-traumatic stress disorder. Learn more.
How do I participate?
Veterans who are users of the VA health care system at one of the enrolling sites are able to participate at this time. MVP is rolling-out at VA medical centers across the nation. Once a site is open for enrollment, Veterans who are users of the VA health care system at that site will receive an invitation by mail to volunteer in MVP. Veterans who receive health care at an enrolling site can also schedule an appointment by calling toll-free 1-866-441-6075, or they can walk-in to their local MVP clinic to participate today (directions to the clinics can be found by clicking on a site to the right). Active involvement in this program includes:
- Filling out surveys about health and health-related behaviors;
- Providing a blood sample (containing DNA and other substances) that will be stored for future research;
- Completing an optional health assessment;
- Allowing secure access to VA and VA-linked medical and health information, including past and future health records; and
- Allowing future contact

Look at Margaret Sanger, The Rockefellers, Hitler, and FDR – all were political progressives and proponents of eugenics and other forms of “social engineering”. Think Obama is any different? The Eugenics movement finds its source in Darwinian theology. Like the VA, the Penn State Hershey Medical Center is also embarking on the same program. The program is well funded by those who hope to “find” a gene which determines that a person is prone to violence. Concentration camps will spring up all over this world.
