The house shows registered to a James Yoo. Links below.

What did Mr. Yoo have on Hillary?
Yuks aside, he was working for a gov’t agency that investigates what? Foreign investment in the US?
Nothing to see here. Move along please.
If that’s a natgas explosion, it’s a limited one, but I have doubts. A house filled with natgas and then ignited will be flattened, debris thrown hundred yards or more. Have personally seen this, construction accident. Shock wave, buildings two blocks away rattled. Structure totally destroyed, flat in the ground.
The (former) owner was anti-police. Maybe he set the house to blow on purpose.
Telling the orcs what they can go do to themselves with their stupid warrant.
Make your house intruder unfriendly. Not all that difficult.
Interview guy seems to have the timeline down pat. Got on the news that an AR is a high caliber gun. How ’bout that! His whole demeanor screams off duty cop.
