Teach him the Bible and his future is not only assured but glorious. He will still have hard times on this Earth but faith in the Lord under-girds him and assures those times become so minor that they fade into irrelevancy.
I can testify to the truth in this.

Looking at this daily in mines eyes, and ready for what it takes.

Many of us know and understand that -- Fighting against evil is much, ‘much’ more than just pulling a trigger and shooting someone.
Am not ruling that out however. Pulling a trigger is only a small facet of this ongoing and seemingly everlasting war.
We would all gain insight, wisdom, camaraderie if we understood and admitted these Truths.
Fight the Beast each and every day!

Our people have survived everything nature could throw at us. Even when they only had primitive clothing and tools. It’s in our genes. We’re not just going to survive. We will prosper. I look forward to the challenge. Every day I eat a big bowl of adversity for breakfast. Yummy!
