Quote from 2:12 in the video: “This completes the 14th Amendment”.
So sad to see an alleged patriot celebrate the power of his oppressor.
Do not encourage people to use “Reconstruction” amendments in arguments intended to defend Rightful Liberty.
Specific issues regarding the 14th Amendment: (1) the Amendment was never formally ratified according to the rules then governing ratification; (2) the Amendment “incorporated” the Bill of Rights to diminish the legislative and judicial sovereignty of the several States, accelerating the replacement of Federalism with Nationalism; and (3) the Amendment has been used by activist courts as justification for the discovery of many “positive rights” which are at the very center of the Progressive agenda.
Kent McManigal explains why the SCOTUS decision is of little long-term value.
Not to mention that they 14th Amendment was never legally ratified. It was only ratified when the southern stated where threatened no representation in the Senate is they did not ratify it.
He has no idea what liberty is, no idea what natural law is, no idea what infringe mean and no idea what the Constitution states.
The 2nd Amendment means We have the right to own, brandish any weapon.
The 9th ad 10th Amendment means any law not specifically allowing the government to do something, they cannot do it. It them falls to the states and/or The People.
The Supreme Court have no law making power. That means they have no right to approve or bless or define a law. They only rule on the law. That is their only power.
The 14th Amendment was never legally ratified. Yet he is holding it up like some holy sacrament. I am sure he thinks the 13th and 16th Amendment are legal also.
So many Constitutionally ignorant people. We have not chance at freedom with people thinking people like this are our allies.
This is true. I am trying to brush up on all of it, realizing i don’t know Jack and I’m embarrassed….thanks for that comment. I’ll look into that also.
I am glad that there are people that want to learn about it. Keep learning.
Allowing any small or elite group, no matter how loud they may be or how powerful they may seem, to be the determinant in the interpretation of the Constitution places America under what President Thomas Jefferson so aptly described as “the despotism of an oligarchy”..
Sound familiar??? The founding father’s Knew
I heard someone say, “no freedom for the enemies of freedom”. I think we made a mistake letting communists live. Now they’re in charge. I’m rethinking this whole freedom for those would destroy freedom. Those whose ideology is openly anti freedom. Difficult to articulate.
I think you are beginning to remember the spiritual need for discrimination which is a vital and positive attribute. Once we discriminate between the God-ly and ungodly, we have to judge how we will allow the ungodly to participate in our lives and world. The big difference between Christ’s people and other religions is that we continue to pray, be charitable and care for the ungodly in the hope that they will chose to come to Jesus. These are basics of the American covenant with God. He will be our God if we are His people. We quit doing that when we allowed slippery tongued lawyers and intellectuals to convince us that discrimination and judgement were unchristian.
Here’s the problem, Joe. If the republic were to be restored, you would have to eliminate not only all the leaders at every level of society but also every dirtbag on the community level. That’s the equivalent of removing the rotten apples and potatoes from the barrel. It essentially means doing Schwab’s job for him. Hmmm. Guess I’m only into defending my right to live. I don’t like what is happening but, unless there is an all-out war, I’m not going to turn myself into a mass executioner. ‘Cuz that’s what’s involved. That’s living by the sword, and that’s a no no.
Eddie --
I wrote a short essay on the topic of killing all the communists a couple of years ago and came to the same conclusion as you: “I’m not going to turn myself into a mass executioner.”
The essay contains a novel approach to solving the problem.

13th Amendment being used is not legal either. The original/real 13th
Amendment ratified in 1819 banned lawyers from serving in our politics.
I wonder why -- ha. this “missing” 13th Amendment was to prohibit lawyers from serving in government. So began a seven year, nationwide search for the truth surrounding the most bizarre Constitutional puzzle in American history — the unlawful removal of a ratified Amendment from the Constitution of the United States.
If the people will lead, the leaders will follow.
“Protects women’s (no pronoun) most intimate and personal data….” You mean like you protect mine? “Makes clear that Americans have the Constitutional right to travel freely and voluntarily throughout the United States.” I hope that’s without checkpoints in the near future. “Legislation is being introduced to further codify freedoms which Americans currently enjoy.” Can I use this as a defense? “Democrats must continue our fight to expand freedom in America.” Maybe you can start by releasing the Jan 6 folks. “….and freedom for every American.” Does that include us? Just askin’.
