This site has been under attack for a while. I find that I can no longer link X tweets as in the past. Initially, the links required multiple insertions until the “embed” would work. Now, it shows the tweet in a preview but not when published. I reinstalled WordPress but that did not work.
I will start using workarounds but people may want to consider following me on X in case this site goes down or dark.
Update:
Working with Grok, I followed instructions on how to embed tweets using the Twitter plugin: did not work. Grok suggested purging all cached information: did not work. Grok also suggested using the “embed” option on X: did not work. I started thinking about other workarounds and used the custom HTML option and the embed code from X: success. It takes a little more time but for now it works.

Not doubting that you are constantly under attack, but the problems that you are experiencing might be due to some software “upgrade”? Kind of like when Microsoft releases a new version of word or excel (yeah I know, stop using that spyware infested crap), some of the features that you like suddenly stop working.
No. The problem finally stopped embedding Tweets yesterday. There were no hardware or software upgrades or new installations.
I get out of bed and do my Scripture reading, then weather, then Gateway Pundit, then NC Renegade. Don’t underestimated your value. Do whatever you must to stay with us. We have your back. The Lion of Judah has ours.
