What’s the remaining part?
Being in management for years(30), I always felt it was best to learn the operation of jobs. This way you know the means of which it take to do the job. You couldn’t be fooled either, caused you knew the operation. The respect I achieved from the employees was worth it.
Elon isn’t the only CEO to work, sleep, or eat with his employees. If more would do this they would learn more of their company and it’s operation. The show Undercover Boss is a prime example what I’m talking about.
