Obama, Fluke and Dishonoring God

President Obama has called Sandra Fluke to offer his support for her “attacks” by Rush Limbaugh concerning her sexual promiscuity. Ms. Fluke relates the highlights of this presidential conversation:

“He encouraged me and supported me and thanked me for speaking out about the concerns of American women. And what was really personal for me was that he said to tell my parents that they should be proud. And that meant a lot because Rush Limbaugh questioned whether or not my family would be proud of me. So, I just appreciated that very much.”

John Adams addressed morality in a speech to the military in 1798:

“We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion . . . Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Based on Mr. Adams statement, Obama’s disregard of morality and religion shows his opinion of our Constitution. This lack of respect of our Republic and the Constitution is shown on a consistent basis with no repercussions to our president.

Are these the morals and values that he states in the above video that he will teach his young daughters? Would he be proud of his daughters if they displayed the same sexual habits as Ms. Fluke? What was the value of morality and virtue in the minds of other founding fathers concerning our Republic?

Gouverneur Morris, Penman and Signer of the Constitution:

“For avoiding the extremes of despotism or anarchy . . . the only ground of hope must be on the morals of the people. I believe that religion is the only solid base of morals and that morals are the only possible support of free governments. Therefore education should teach the precepts of religion and the duties of man towards God.”

George Washington, General of the Revolutionary Army, president of the Constitutional Convention, First President of the United States of America, Father of our nation:

“Religion and morality are the essential pillars of civil society.”

Benjamin Franklin, Signer of the Declaration of Independence:

“Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters.”

Continental Congress, 1778:

“Whereas true religion and good morals are the only solid foundations of public liberty and happiness . . . it is hereby earnestly recommended to the several States to take the most effectual measures for the encouragement thereof.”

There is no need to discuss the penalty for her behavior under Muslim Sharia law since our laws are based on Judeo-Christian laws (for now). How does the Bible address this behavior and the people who condone it?

Romans 1

21 For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Claiming to be wise, they became fools, 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things.

24 Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, 25 because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.

26 For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; 27 and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

28 And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. 29 They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, 31 foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. 32 Though they know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.

Will you pass this on or continue to watch our nation’s morality and virtue vanish?

Pretty much Randy! I have an idea. If having sex is so important to her then why doesn’t she ask the man to supply the condom, I bet he will. That is if she is having sex with a man. What does it stop? What a crock of crap!

The MSM and their allied leftists are once again diverting attention away from the issue of Obama and cronies stomping on the first amendment, and creating a firestorm over a non issue. One can get birth control anywhere. Hey! here’s a novel idea for Ms. Fluke, keep your damn pants on. I ain’t paying for you. In Liberty, Bill

Her testimony was stopped by the main committee so the Dems carried it to their private confab. What they’ve done here is what they’ve been doing for so long now. With one person’s testimony, giving enough background to establish her credibility, has changed the game, once again. Can anyone say transformation? Now birth control has just moved from social to medical. It is now part of medical treatment. Just as Obamacare, where EPA officials are allowed to enter my house and inspect it, among hundreds of other nonsensical things, has nothing to do with my health and well-being. Game’s up, folks.
