The Obama administration has revived the maligned illegal immigrant “catch-and-release” policy of the Bush years, ordering Border Patrol agents not to even bother arresting and deporting many new illegal immigrants, the head of the agents’ labor union told Congress on Thursday.
Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, said Homeland Security was embarrassed by the number of illegal immigrants not showing up for their deportation hearings, but instead of cracking down on the immigrants, the department ordered agents not to arrest them in the first place — meaning they no longer need to show up in court in the first place.

Wow! When did they START catching them?
NOTHING Obama does is legal or Constitutional since he is NOT a legal Constitutional president. The United States has NOT had a president for eight years now. Even IF Obama was born in Hawaii (a claim that has NEVER been proven) he would still be constitutionally ineligible, because his father was NOT an American citizen. IF he was born in Hawaii, he would ONLY be a U.S. citizen but NOT a natural born citizen. To meet the natural born citizen requirement of the Constitution, requires that BOTH parents (FATHER and MOTHER) MUST be U.S. citizens AT THE TIME of the candidate’s birth. That is why, despite what the Illinois Board of Elections or anyone says, Cruz and Rubio are NOT constitutionally eligible because neither of them meets the natural born citizen requirement of the Constitution, and that is a FACT. Cruz may be U.S. citizen through his mother, but he is NOT and cannot be a natural born citizen because his father was NOT a U.S. citizen at the time of Cruz’s birth. His father did not become a U.S. citizen until 2005, many years after Cruz’s birth. Rubio, was born in Florida which makes him a U.S. citizen, but since his parents did not become U.S. citizens until Rubio was four years old, he is not and cannot be a natural born citizen.
The United States has gone through eight disastrous without a Constitutionally legal president, and if either Cruz or Rubio are elected and allowed to be sworn in, it will mean another four to eight years without a legal President and perhaps the end of our Constitution.
