The NICS should not even exist.
People in mass need to simply pay no heed to it, start ignoring it. Stop it using it. Deny the govt the power to deny people’s rights. They only have the power people are willing to give them. Stop giving it to them. They may try to react forcibly when people do, but that tells you what you need to know.
Our Constitution says: “… shall not be infringed”.
It does NOT say … shall not be infringed unless you are a Felon.
You should either be a free citizen with all rights or deemed too dangerous to be part of society and removed from it.
