REALLY? When did the state adopt theses kids? Are they wards of the state or has the state just stepped in a pile of crap?

Unless medical treatment is deemed an “emergency” NO ONE has the authority to authorize treatment EXCEPT the parents.

I see many lawsuits coming about.

Oregon seems to be the new mecca for the kooks in America. Such foolishness, and ignorance is just too much to take. To let a child make that decision is wrong. The parents probably have some influence on this child in this direction,, bet they really need counseling. Something very wrong with the psych of this child’s environment. We have some mentally disturbed parents today, influencing their children. Someone with knowledge should be talking to these kids, and reasoning with them, giving them all the facts.

Oregon, Washington State and California are run by evil, sadistic psychotic demon-rat Bolsheviks and they are tearing apart the fabric of the nation and our morals , virtues, natural law and every thing that is good. these government officials no matter who they are really must be hanged at some point for high crimes along with there whores in the judiciary who carry there water, This bunch of crap in the judicial end are far worse then all the rats in government.
