No Taxation Without Representation in North Carolina?

Stripping a bill to pass a budget with no oversight by elected representatives is not even what our illegal state Constitution intends as government in North Carolina. When the people have no representation in government by elected officials, why should we pay taxes?

Do we even need a legislature?

After hearing what is apparently taking place in our General Assembly, we have to ask why we even need 170 members in the General Assembly? We could save millions of dollars, free up lots of office space and greatly simplify state government if we permanently furloughed 150 or more of them. They obviously are not needed.

That whooshing sound you hear coming from Raleigh is the budget freight train racing nonstop through our legislature. Lawmakers are about to pass a $23.9 billion state budget with no input from rank-and-file members, no hearings and no opportunity to amend it. The spending plan was agreed upon by a handful behind closed doors and, to guarantee speedy passage, a questionable maneuver will be employed so that there’s no chance for amendments or meaningful debate.

The maneuver is known as “stripping a bill.” Here’s how it works: the language of an insurance bill, already passed in slightly different versions by each chamber of the legislature, will be completely striped of previous content, replaced by the entire budget for the coming year. The stripped bill will then be presented as a conference report, meaning it cannot be amended and rank-and-file legislators have only two options: vote for the conference report as presented or defeat it.

China Hacked US Navy Contractor, Stole 614GB Of Submarine Missile Secrets

The U.S. Navy and the FBI are investigating a massive cyber breach that compromised the network of an unidentified Navy contractor, as Chinese hackers allegedly stole large amounts of data related to undersea warfare, including top-secret programs to develop supersonic anti-ship missiles for submarines by 2020, according to American officials, The Washington Post reported.

The data breach occurred earlier this year as the investigation is still ongoing. The officials said that the contractor was working at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, a full-spectrum research, development, and testing arm of the Navy. The warfare center focuses on submarines, autonomous underwater systems, and offensive and defensive weapons systems associated with undersea warfare.

I want to know who the contractor was and what the consequences to this company will be for allowing this breach. I would like a competent agency involved in this investigation: the FBI no longer qualifies as an investigative agency. Why is the Navy developing supersonic missiles instead of hypersonic missiles like China and Russia has? But then the source of this information is the Washington Post.

A Succinct Analysis

I found this gem on WRSA:

Postcard from the End of America: Callowhill, Philadelphia

The title of my slide talk is “The Future is Asia.” Its main point, I have discussed in various essays, and it’s basically this: Nations that stress linguistic, cultural and/or ethnic unity will outlast those that don’t. Further, nations that shun their own heritage are as good as dead. For years, I have also stressed that the United States is ruled by a rootless, criminal cabal, and for pointing out something so obvious, I have had countless slurs hurled at me.

Whatever, man, I’m tired. As this ship sinks, wave that flag and snipe away!

I have written previously concerning the country’s success was its basis in unity. Note the past tense. Diversity replaced unity as the effective means to overthrow the Constitution. But that train left the station long ago with little fanfare. Celebrating unity in the United States today would be considered racist, fascist or whatever “ist” the media and assorted domestic enemies masquerading as “politicians” would label such an attempt.

I find it strange that the author of the “postcard” was about to give a talk to a progressive institution concerning the effects of “unity”. I was not surprised that he was born in Vietnam and escaped Communism. Everyone that I have met who has fled Communism has repeated the same refrain: “Why can’t Americans see that Communism is taking over the country?”

Did you notice the rest of his analysis: “As this ship sinks, wave that flag and snipe away!”. The country is divided into two camps: one supporting Trump Euphoria vs. one supporting evil. I cannot think of a better appellation than “evil” for half the country that has no respect for the rule of law, truth, lawfully elected government or the future of our children’s Liberty. That does not mean that I am swept up in Trump Euphoria. While I will commend his achievements in a short period of time, we will not survive based on the actions of one man. Our debt is still growing, our borders are not secure and I do not believe that we will be able to unify this country’s melting pot into one cohesive culture.

I will not snipe away my future. Plan, train, prep and educate yourself to possibly become a new framer of Liberty.

The Deep State Rats Are Eating Their Own

Image result for rats turning on each other

As predicted, Andrew McCabe has requested immunity for his illegal activities. It appears that James Comey’s book “A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership” was a work of fiction whose profits will be used for legal defense fees. Let us see how the media reports on this “matter” since the request for immunity presupposes one or more crimes.

Hillary: There Will Be No Wine in Prison

As FBI “informants” start to testify concerning the weaponization of law enforcement, intelligence agencies and the Department of Justice against the people, Hillary’s options are limited. I believe Putin would offer her asylum for selling uranium (and our national security) for profit to Russia while Secretary of State. The penalty for treason is death and there will be no plea deals for the Deep State.

More Bacon for Us

Image result for laughing pig gif animated

Mexico is imposing a retaliatory 20% tariff on pork imported from the US. Does this include the pork produced by Chinese owned pork farms? Does this mean more bacon for us? It appears that our President can negotiate a deal for the benefit of the people on multiple levels at the same time. Who knew it would be so easy to make America great again?

Is England Waking Up?

England has recognized their errors with the EU, Islam and the inability to retain arms against the government. Our framers of the Constitution and Bill of Rights recognized that governments will always grow in power to the detriment of the people. How does an unarmed people fight political tyranny?

The Return of Sanity

This is another victory for America. Rights apply to everyone and not every “right” is a guaranteed right under the Constitution. Next up for restoration actions: DOJ and FBI. Even better: eliminate the FBI.
