The libertarians are right about many things, and the general populace is notably libertarian in many ways. And yet, relatively few people have any interest in the libertarian “movement.” At this point, two or three generations of libertarians have wondered why they couldn’t get more people, but they have few answers, save for being more and more flamboyant.

There are many reasons for the lack of libertarian ideas spreading of course, but my point today is a very simple one:

Libertarians major in anger, and that chases millions of decent people away.

I’m sympathetic, you understand. Once you see what coercive institutions have done to mankind, it’s completely understandable to become angry. But if our writings are a one-note symphony of complaints, we doom ourselves to the fringes, no matter how right our ideas may be. There has to be more than that if we’re going to draw people in.

Doing more of the same things that are failing – but doing them louder and with more “edge” – hasn’t worked. If we want people to receive our ideas, we’ll have to give them a positive image to move toward, and few libertarians ever do that.

Positive Libertarianism?

Yes, positive libertarianism. Please see this article, which makes the case for it pretty directly.

Many libertarians complain simply because it seems to be “the libertarian model.” But that’s a silly reason. And what’s worse is that complaining ties us to the things we complain about. That keeps us from covering new ground and keeps the same old abuses in the forefront of our minds. In other words, it’s a recipe for stasis.

Scenario games and “what if’s” dominate conversations in the preparedness culture.

Working through various situations in our heads makes perfect sense. It helps develop a key tool: Mindset.

What these Kim’s games generally lack is context. These conversations assume everyone in the discussion has the same conception of what the event will be, or the even broader question what exactly SHTF means.  It’s all subjective and situational dependent.  There is no answer to “what if…?” The context must be defined.

A mundane question such as ‘what is the best combat load out?’ will morph into a 3 hour back and forth about this or that rifle, which plate carrier is more Gucci and what type of underwear is the most efficient at wicking ball sweat.  The whole time I sit back listening and thinking: “Well what is the mission? What is the event? Who, What Where, When, Why?” Essentially going over the civilian version of METT-TC in my head.  It is never lined out. One person is envisioning the proverbial horde of mutant cannibalistic biker gangs ravaging the countryside, ala One Second After. Another’s context of the event is a full on invasion of CONUS by Daesh or the Haqqani Network.  And another is thinking “Jeez, I thought SHTF was when I lost my job last week.” Context is critical.  But one thing is true about nearly all these conversations. It tends to always focus on the absolute worst scenario imaginable, despite minor variations in each persons head.

What this community needs is an accurate threat analysis. Threats need to be defined and essentially listed out from the most likely to the least likely to occur. One is more likely to encounter a profit crime on the street, before ISIS shows up in your bedroom.  You are going to encounter a home invasion or an active shooter before an insurgency against the US state or Mad Max II. If you believe that the Brexit vote is going to kill the idea of a “United States of Europe”, you might want to think again.  In fact, it appears that the decision by the British people to leave the European Union is only going to accelerate the process of creating an EU superstate.  As you will see below, one of the largest newspapers in the UK is reporting that the foreign ministers of France and Germany have drafted “a blueprint to effectively do away with individual member states”.  So even though men like George Soros are warning that the eventual dissolution of the European Union is “practically irreversible” after the Brexit vote, the truth is that the globalists are not about to give up so easily.

For a very long time, advocates of increased European integration have dreamed of going all the way and creating a true “United States of Europe”, but Britain was always one of the stumbling blocks that stood in the way.

But now that Britain is out and there is great fear that the entire European project may be in jeopardy, there seems to be a rush to go for broke and try to complete the job of European integration.  The Express is one of the biggest news organizations in the UK, and they are reporting that the foreign ministers of France and Germany already have a blueprint “to effectively do away with individual member states”…

What will be the final outcome if this occurs? We already are seeing it across Europe: a Muslim superstate. It never was about “religion”; it is always about power.

The Superior General of the Society of Jesus is the official title of the leader of the Roman Catholic religious order, the Jesuits. He is generally addressed as Father General. The position sometimes carries the derogatory nickname of the Black Pope. The current Superior General is the Reverend Father Adolfo Nicolás.

The Society of Jesus, more commonly referred to as the Jesuits, are the armed militia of the Roman Catholic Church.  They were sanctioned in 1540 by Pope Paul III with one mandate: to defeat Protestantism and regain worldwide Papal rule.  To achieve this monumental task, they employ ever-adapting methods of pseudo-education, social programs, infiltration, and all wickedness that could possibly be conceived.  Needless to say, they are achieving great success in their mission, which is climaxing with the present pope, Pope Francis, i.e.  the Eighth and last Pope of Revelation 17, who held some of the highest positions in Argentina, including Provincial Superior in the Society of Jesus and Archbishop of Buenos Aires.   He was made a cardinal by Pope John Paul II.

Today most of the world is oblivious as to how Jesuits operate, from their inception to this very day.  Now more than ever, World’s Last Chance believes it is exceedingly important to bring up the following historical facts about this evil society, to expose the wicked nature of this truly malevolent order.

Fact #1

Pope Clement XIV abolished the Jesuits as a society in 1773:

It did not take long for the 18^th Century Catholic nations to get tired of the meddling of the Jesuits into their national affairs.   They were so infuriated against the Jesuits that they demanded the Roman Catholic Church abolish them once and for all.  Sufficient political pressure was brought to bear on Pope Clement XIII.  However, he passed away before he could do anything about it.  The task of abolishing the Society of Jesus then fell on his successor, Clement XIV.  As Clement XIV signed the decree abolishing the Jesuit Order he said, “I have signed my death warrant,…” Within nine months he was dead.  [Many contemporaries considered his death a case of poisoning, and suspected the Jesuits were responsible].

The Supreme Court struck down Texas’ widely replicated regulation of abortion clinics on Monday. Lieutenant Governor of Texas Dan Patrick called the ruling a “a devastating blow to women’s safety and health.”

European bank stocks just experienced their worst two-day plunge ever in the post-Brexit fallout that rained down on the already blooming European banking crisis.

Healthy big banks would get over Brexit and the political turmoil it is spawning, particularly non-UK banks. But there are no healthy big banks in Europe. And non-UK banks are crashing just as hard, and some harder. This is about a banking crisis morphing into a financial crisis.

The Obama administration’s pro-gun control stance has done nothing but make the gun culture stronger and cause firearms arms to fly off gun store shelves. As PlanetFreeWill’s Joseph Jankowski notes, under Obama, background checks for guns reached 141.4 million through the end of May, amounting to sales of about 52,600 a day, according to the FBI… And 2016 is on pace to surpass last year’s record.

In the wake of the Orlando shooting, we noted that guns were flying off the shelves at gun stores. While many believe that shootings drive up gun sales, Tom Engle, the owner of Hunter’s Warehouse (the online gun store which sold 30,000 AR-15s in just one week after Orlando) has another viewpoint on that topic.

“Shootings don’t push up gun sales. It’s when the government starts talking about banning particular guns and up go gun sales. When people lose their right to buy a particular gun or a particular type of gun, they go after them and they want them then.“

With that said, using FBI background checks for guns as a proxy for gun sales, the Washington Examiner is reporting that gun sales in 2016 are on pace to shatter last year’s record of more than 23 million. Furthermore, under President Obama, background checks for guns reached 141.4 million through the end of May, amounting to about 52,600 a day.
