Grand Jury Considers FBI’s Use Of Force In Finicum Shooting

FBI footage showing the joint FBI and Oregon State Police traffic stop and OSP officer-involved shooting of Robert “LaVoy” Finicum.

A federal prosecutor revealed in a court document that the investigation of FBI agents involved in the traffic stop that led to the killing of Oregon standoff spokesman Robert “LaVoy” Finicum is before a grand jury.

Attorneys for the defendants accused of taking part in the Ammon Bundy-led takeover of a national wildlife refuge in Oregon have been seeking records from the investigation into the FBI’s use of force in the Finicum shooting and whether there was a cover-up.

In a motion to keep reports sealed, Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Gorder wrote Thursday that matters before a grand jury are protected from disclosure rules.

Black Friday: Shocking Brexit Vote Result Causes The 9th Largest Stock Market Crash In U.S. History

Brexit Vote - Public Domain

Has the next Lehman Brothers moment arrived?  Late Thursday night we learned that the British people had voted to leave the European Union, and this could be the “trigger event” that unleashes great financial panic all over the planet.  Of course stocks have already been crashing all over the globe over the past year, but up until now we had not seen the kind of stark fear that the crash of 2008 created following the collapse of Lehman Brothers.  The British people are certainly to be congratulated for choosing to leave the tyrannical EU, and if I could have voted I would have voted to “leave” as well.  But just as I warned 10 days ago, choosing to leave will “throw the entire continent into a state of economic and financial chaos”.  And “Black Friday” was just the beginning – the pain from this event is going to continue to be felt for months to come.

The shocking outcome of the Brexit vote caught financial markets completely off guard, and the carnage that we witnessed on Friday was absolutely staggering…

-The Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged 610 points, and this represented the 9th largest one day stock market crash in the history of the Dow.

-The Nasdaq was hit even harder than the Dow.  It declined 4.12 percent which was the biggest one day decline since 2011.

-Overall, Black Friday erased approximately 800 billion dollars of stock market wealth in the United States.

-Thursday was the worst day ever for the British pound, and investors were stunned to see it collapse to a 31 year low.

-Friday was the worst day ever for European banking stocks.

-Friday was the worst day for Italian stocks since 1997.

-Friday was the worst day for Spanish stocks since 1987.

Surging Rebellion for Sovereignty

by Dr. Ada Fisher

Wilson Carey from Caswell County, a Black Republican who attended the 1868 North Carolina Second Constitutional Convention was noted for stating his opposition to attracting immigrants over blacks for labor in the state.  That debate rages on and with the dislocation and failed attempts to assimilate large blocks of Middle Eastern immigrants into “existing European culture” a global revolution is at hand.  Is there a  right to immigrate which allows one the right to do ones own thing even if such is diametrically opposed to traditions and laws which underpin the adoptive society?

Donald Trump hit a bigger issue than the media and  many of the “establishment power barons want to acknowledge”.  It is not just about Making America Great Again but reexamining power and wealth in a more equitable fashion to insure access to equal opportunities for those citizens who want to exert their individual responsibility in fulfilling their dreams.  Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are two sides of the same coin which sees the government as judge and jurors to promote an agenda of socialism without regard to state or individual wishes under the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution.

Trump has operated within the framework of the law to use bankruptcy and other loopholes to his advantage.  The Clintons have corrupted and misused the Clinton Foundation in soliciting money from nations and corporations with whom the government does business gaining influence which primarily benefits them, not necessarily the nation.

An audit must be had of who does what, when, where and why with a public disclosure of operatives with ties to government participating in outside societies outside  like the Bilderberg Group comprised of European and North American political elites of government ,.   The Ivy Leaguers such as Harvard or Yale also have outsized influence as witnessed by their overrepresentation on SCOTUS. Those operating in the stratosphere above governments to determine who gets power and who keeps it in the global economy can be more dangerous than the furor over the redistribution of demographics through unabsorbed immigration.  Yet the two are connected in ways that may not be obvious to many.  In Dan Brown’s Inferno he demonstrates how control of populations, their movement and reproduction are a way to maintain and keep global control in the hands of a select few elite. Saddam Hussein recognized this in stating that Islam could conquer the world without firing a shot simply because they have more than 2.3 children in their family groupings.

When corporations allow executives to make 500 times that given other employers or take one-third or more of the profits without question something is amiss.  The checks and balances aren’t there as it should be in governments. The Clinton Foundation’s mixing of governmental influence and ability to be involved in deals, such as that giving part of this nation’s uranium to Russia timed with a donation to the foundation, should raise more than eyebrow.  The legality of such must be investigated.  Cargill and Monsanto seemingly operate with impunity over something as simple as plant seeds which control emerging world populations in ways that most do not consider or appreciate for its ramifications regarding hunger.  The United Nations is an organization which can operate autonomously if not put in check depending on world circumstances thereby possibly overstepping national autonomy through its world courts and oversight of programs that might best be left to sovereign nations.

There is a surging rebellion among more developed nations to take back their stuff and finally put their citizens first.  Witness the vote in Britain to disconnect from the European Union and the earlier consideration by Ireland of the same.  In part this reflects the eroding economy from non-reciprocal trade deals which have disadvantaged home grown workers.  Advancing technology has made us end users of cheap products made abroad not producers of that upon which we are becoming increasingly dependent.  The commitment of our young to an industrious future rather than an entitlement driven economy will be telling of our direction into the distant horizons.  Without the independence of sovereign nation our futures may be dimmed by sameness not brightened by our diversity.

The Amount Of Stuff Being Bought, Sold And Shipped Around The U.S. Hits The Lowest Level In 6 Years

Trucks - Public Domain

When less stuff is being bought, sold and shipped around the country with each passing month, how in the world can the U.S. economy be in “good shape”?  Unlike official government statistics which are often based largely on projections, assumptions and numbers seemingly made up out of thin air, the Cass Freight index is based on real transactions conducted by real shipping companies.  And what the Cass Freight Index is telling us about the state of the U.S. economy in 2016 lines up perfectly with all of the other statistics that are clearly indicating that we have now shifted into recession mode.

If you are not familiar with the Cass Freight Index, here is a definition of the index from the official Cass website

Since 1995, the Cass Freight Index™ has been a trusted measure of North American freight volumes and expenditures. Our monthly Cass Freight Index Report provides valuable insight into freight trends as they relate to other economic and supply chain indicators and the overall economy.

Data within the Index includes all domestic freight modes and is derived from $25 billion in freight transactions processed by Cass annually on behalf of its client base of hundreds of large shippers. These companies represent a broad sampling of industries including consumer packaged goods, food, automotive, chemical, OEM, retail and heavy equipment. Annual freight volume per organization ranges from $1 million to over $1 billion. The diversity of shippers and aggregate volume provide a statistically valid representation of North American shipping activity.

When they say “all domestic freight modes”, that includes air, rail, truck, etc.  As you are about to see, the total amount of stuff that is being bought, sold and shipped around the country by all these various methods has now been declining for 15 months in a row.

Sanity!

by Robert Gore

The tectonic shift of our times is the subduction of the decentralization plate under the command and control plate. Yesterday’s Brexit vote amounts to the first in what will be a series of earthquakes. SLL had enthusiastically, and erroneously, given that first earthquake designation to Greece’s “Oxi,” or No, vote last July on the EC, ECB, and IMF Troika’s debt proposals (“Oxi! Greece’s 9.0 Earthquake”), but the vote was squelched as its leaders buckled. Greece’s debt problems were papered over with yet another doomed-to-fail solution that guarantees a larger and more insolvable problem in the near future.

The European powers will try, but the Brexit vote will be much harder to subvert. Command and control, as embodied by the EU and every other supranational governing institution—and every national government—is under mortal stress, doomed by its massive failures and its incompatibility with the demands of human survival. The proponents of staying in the EU weren’t even saying to the British: give us one more chance and we’ll get it right. They were saying: stay with us and we’ll keep doing what we’ve been doing wrong. Who accepts such a manifestly idiotic bargain? The wonder is that the vote was close, but the fear-mongering status quo mounted a ferocious and extraordinarily mendacious campaign.

The vote will hasten the EU’s eventual demise, but the biggest loser may turn out to be the US government. It pushed hard for a European union at the end of World War II and has promoted it ever since (Obama did his own cause more harm than good by telling the British how to vote). The EU was to be America’s one stop vassal, much tidier than trying to herd all of Europe’s cats. Just yesterday, The Wall Street Journal, a house organ for US unipolarity, headlined, “U.S. Worries ‘Brexit’ Will Dent Its Clout.” The government is right to worry. The confederated empire will be much harder to maintain if the EU dissolves, especially with its other European pillar, NATO, under attack from Donald Trump.

The SHTF Intelligence Course is Coming to North Carolina

image

On the 16th and 17th of July (Saturday and Sunday), I’ll be teaching the SHTF Intelligence Course in Waynesville, North Carolina. Join me and fellow Southerners for two days of intelligence training as we prepare to face any disaster event, whether it’s looting after a tornado or a total grid-down scenario.

The greatest benefit intelligence offers us is the ability to reduce uncertainty and provide actionable insight that improves our security. In this course, you’ll be examining your community and analyzing potential threats that you’re likely to face.

During the Ferguson riots in 2014, a small team of us battle tracked violent protestors and looters, and provided real-time threat intelligence to our community…

… which would have been critically important had we lived there. I want to teach you how to perform these same intelligence tasks so that you can do something similar when or if the times comes.

I spent three years in Iraq and Afghanistan performing intelligence missions in hostile environments. I can teach you exactly what you need to do during an SHTF situation, and how to maintain situational awareness on events beyond your line of sight. I hope you’ll join us in this class.

We have six seats left as of this morning. Here’s your link to sign up.

Rep. Gohmert: If Orlando Was About Guns, Then ‘Boston Was About a Pressure Cooker’

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) called it “outrageous” that House Democrats would grab microphones and prevent fellow lawmakers from conducting business in violation of House rules, all to make a point about gun control, which is really beside the point, he said:

“And when people go on for 12 hours, saying things, ‘It’s about guns,’ then that means Boston was about a pressure cooker. It wasn’t. Both of them were about radical Islam,” Gohmert told Fox News’s Charles Payne.

“And the reason people died unnecessarily is because this FBI, this Justice Department, this Homeland Security has purged their training materials, so FBI agents don’t know what questions to ask to find out if Mateen [Orlando attacker] or Tsarnaev [Boston attacker] had been radicalized.

“In fact, Charles, it’s even worse,” Gohmert continued. “There was an article that came out that indicated that CAIR, Council on American-Islamic Relations, identified as a co-conspirator in supporting terrorism in the Holy Land Foundation, that their lawyer sat in while the FBI interviewed a person of interest in that mosque.”

If our government is now run by Muslims, what would it look like?

“There was an article that came out that indicated that CAIR, Council on American-Islamic Relations, identified as a co-conspirator in supporting terrorism in the Holy Land Foundation, that their lawyer sat in while the FBI interviewed a person of interest in that mosque.”

Whether Obama is Muslim or not, the facts are clear: this government is supporting Sunni Muslims. And the American people are only infidels in the eyes of Washington, D.C.

“It’s Scary, And I’ve Never Seen Anything Like It” – Where Markets Are The Morning After

Image result for stock market panic

For those of you who are just waking up, first of all, congratulations. Here is what you missed.

European, Asian stocks and S&P futures plummet, as U.K. votes to leave European Union membership. FX carry trades everywhere go haywire, with the Dollar and Yen spiking while the Cable overnight plunged to 30 year lows and at last check was trading just around 1.37, down 1,300 pips from yesterday’s highs. A modest rebound was experienced when first the Bank of England and shortly after all other central banks promised to pump virtually unlimited liquidity into the financial system. Ironically, all of this takes place a day after Fed’s stress tests showing all 33 banks exceed minimum requirements  – we may find out just how “unstressed” they are as soon as today.

For those who are pressed for time, the following quote from James Butterfill, head of research and investments at ETF Securities, summarized it best: “It’s scary, and I’ve never seen anything like it. We’re going to see outflows from basically any kind of cyclical asset. A lot of people were caught out, and many investors will lose a lot of money.”

Here are key market updates:

  • S&P 500 futures down 3.9% to 2023
  • Stoxx 600 down 7% to 322
  • MSCI Asia Pacific down 4.1% to 125
  • US 10-yr yield down 22bps to 1.53%
  • Dollar Index up 1.86% to 95.27
  • WTI Crude futures down 4.2% to $48.00
  • Brent Futures down 4.3% to $48.70
  • Gold spot up 4.2% to $1,310
  • Silver spot up 2.8% to $17.77
