Grassroots Action Proposed for Constitutional Militia

“It is rather pointless to talk about ‘militia-suitable arms’ without talking about the Militia and their revitalization as the only way to preserve ‘the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,’” Edwin Viera commented in response to my latest update on the status of a Maryland gun ban case in the 4th Circuit Court of appeals.” If there are no constitutional Militia in operation, and this state of affairs is lawfully within the power of Congress and the States to continue, then what meaning does ‘militia-suitable arms’ have in practice?

“If, on the other hand, the Militia were in operation, then essentially any and every type of ‘Arms’ which had any conceivable use by the Militia (which is essentially every conceivable type of “Arms”) would be absolutely protected by the Second Amendment and the Militia Clauses of the original Constitution, and thus secure against phony judicial ‘tests’ such as ‘strict scrutiny’ and ‘intermediate scrutiny,’ which anyone with two brain cells to rub together can understand to be schemes for defeating constitutional rights, not protecting them.”

He’s right, of course. And deterrent effects of independent “We are Everywhere” potentials notwithstanding, the Founders were right when they deemed “a well regulated Militia … necessary to the security of a free State.”

But that doesn’t mean it’s “pointless to talk about militia-suitable arms.” The report was about a case where collectivists are trying to ban them, and what’s in front of the court is more narrowly focused . The larger Militia point and solution — especially what it will take to actualize it – will not be resolved in this particular case.

Would Obama Start A War To Stay In Office?

Obama In The Oval Office - Public Domain

Is Barack Obama trying to start a war, and will that war be used as an excuse to stay in office once his term is over?  Late in his second term, Obama is starting to become extremely aggressive with the rest of the world.  He just angered China by sailing an aircraft carrier task force past disputed islands in the South China Sea, he is provoking North Korea by simulating an invasion of that nation during a military exercise that is going to involve more than 300,000 troops, and he is backing Saudi Arabia and Turkey as they make moves that could very well start World War III in the Middle East.  If a war did begin, that could give Obama the excuse that he needs to exercise his emergency powers, and that could potentially include suspending the election that is scheduled for November.

I know that all of this sounds a little bizarre, but it would help to explain Obama’s extremely aggressive behavior lately.

For example, why is the U.S. military risking a major incident on the Korean peninsula?

North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un is about as paranoid as they come, and he is extremely alarmed by the massive military exercise that is about to begin in South Korea.  More than 300,000 troops are gathering for what is being billed as the biggest military exercise in the history of that nation.

Reportedly, U.S. and South Korean forces plan to simulate an invasion of North Korea and practice the elimination of North Korea’s weapons of mass destruction.

In response to these “exercises”, Kim Jong Un has placed his nuclear weapons on standby for “use at any moment”, and he is warning that North Korea may launch a “preemptive and offensive nuclear strike”

FBI Morale “Very Good” As ‘Immune’ Hillary IT-Staffer Reportedly A “Devastating Witness”

Despite the arrogance of Hillary’s campaign claiming to be “pleased that the Justice Department granted immunity to an IT specialist who worked on Hillary’s private email server, Fox News reports Bryan Pagliano has told the FBI key details, about how and what devices she used, citing an intelligence source who called him a “devastating witness.” Having been warned that she should be “terrified” since “they would not be immunizing him and thereby inducing him to spill his guts unless they wanted to indict someone,” Pagliano has reportedly provided information allowing investigators to knit together the emails with other evidence, including images of Clinton on the road as secretary of state.

FOX News reports that the intelligence source said Pagliano told the FBI who had access to the former secretary of state’s system – as well as when – and what devices were used, amounting to a roadmap for investigators.

Pentagon Admits It ‘Kinda Sorta’ Deployed Spy Drones Over America

In what will likely not surprise too many, The Pentagon has admitted it has deployed drones to spy over U.S. territory for non-military missions over the past decade. Confirming yet another conspiracy theory is conspiracy fact, FBI director Robert Mueller testified before Congress that the bureau employed spy drones to aid investigations, but in a “very, very minimal way, very seldom.” The report concludes, “the appetite to use spy drones in the domestic environment to collect airborne imagery continues to grow.”

As USA Today reports, the report by a Pentagon inspector general, made public under a Freedom of Information Act request, said spy drones on non-military missions have occurred fewer than 20 times between 2006 and 2015 and always in compliance with existing law.

The report, which did not provide details on any of the domestic spying missions,  said the Pentagon takes the issue of military drones used on American soil “very seriously.”

A senior policy analyst for the ACLU, Jay Stanley, said it is good news no legal violations were found, yet the technology is so advanced that it’s possible laws may require revision.

“Sometimes, new technology changes so rapidly that existing law no longer fit what people think are appropriate,” Stanley said. “It’s important to remember that the American people do find this to be a very, very sensitive topic.”

The use of unmanned aerial surveillance (UAS) drones over U.S. surfaced in 2013 when then-FBI director Robert Mueller testified before Congress that the bureau employed spy drones to aid investigations, but in a “very, very minimal way, very seldom.”

The inspector general analysis was completed March 20, 2015, but not released publicly until last Friday.

US to blame Iran for cyber-attack on New York dam

The Justice Department is drawing up an indictment that lays blame for the 2013 cyber-attack against a dam in Westchester squarely on hackers working for the Iranian government, a law enforcement source confirmed to The Post.

The FBI has been investigating since the discovery of the breach, with the indictment expected to be handed down soon, the source said.

The hackers were unable to seize control of the Bowman Avenue Dam in the suburban town of Rye, but they were able to access an unspecified system, sources said.

At a time when cyber-intrusions of government agencies are becoming more frequent, the breach at the small dam led to great concern within the Obama administration, sources said.
