In new Syrian exodus, some 50,000 refugees head to Jordanian, Israeli borders

Jordanian refugee camp at Mafraq

Syria’s refugee crisis in the north is now repeating itself in the south, with tens of thousands of destitute women, children and elderly people fleeing their homes – not this time from beleaguered Aleppo to the Turkish border, but from the southern region of Daraa towards the Jordanian and Israeli borders.

Unlike the broad coverage of the refugee crisis on the Syrian-Turkish border, the refugee exodus from the south has received scant media attention – even from Israeli correspondents.

With the intensification of attacks in southern Syria, about 50,000 refugees are now streaming toward Jordan and another 20,000 making tracks from Israel’s Golan border at Quneitra.

DEBKAfile’s military sources report that, since the weather has cleared and Russian air strikes resumed against the rebels holding the northern part of Daraa, tens of thousands of civilians are on the move from the South. About 15,000 to 20,000 have reached the Jordanian border, and more than 30,000 are believed heading that way; while another 20,000 refugees may be making for the Golan town of Quneitra on the Israeli border.

Jordan has taken in 650,000 Syrian refugees in previous exoduses from the five-year old war.

There was no way to bring water, food or medicines to the fleeing refugees.

Liberty Activists And ISIS Will Soon Be Treated As Identical Threats

by Brandon Smith

Many of us saw it coming a long time ago — increasing confrontation between liberty proponents and the corrupt federal establishment leading to increasing calls by political elites and bureaucrats to apply to American citizens the terrorism countermeasures designed for foreign combatants. It was only a matter of time and timing.

My stance has always been that the elites would wait until there was ample social and political distraction; a fog of fear allowing them to move more aggressively against anti-globalists. We are not quite there yet, but the ground is clearly being prepared.

Economic uncertainty looms large over our fiscal structure today, more so even than in 2008. Global instability is rampant, with Europe at the forefront as mass migrations of “refugees” invade wholesale. At best, most of them intend to leach off of the EU’s already failing socialist welfare structure while refusing to integrate or respect western social principles. At worst, a percentage of these migrants are members of ISIS with the goals of infiltration, disruption and coordinated destruction.

With similar immigration and transplantation measures being applied to the U.S. on a smaller scale (for now) the ISIS plague will inevitably hit our shores in a manner that will undoubtedly strike panic in the masses. I believe 2016 will be dubbed the “year of the terrorist,” and ISIS will not be the only “terrorists” in the spotlight.

JPM’s Striking Forecast: ECB Could Cut Rates To -4.5%; BOJ To -3.45%; Fed To -1.3%

One week ago, in the aftermath of Japan joining the NIRP club, we wondered how low Kuroda could cut rates if he was so inclined. The answer was surprising: according to a Nomura analysis the lower bound was limited by gold storage costs. This is what the Japanese bank, whose profit was recently slammed by Japan’s ultra low rates, said:

“theoretically, negative interest rates’ lower bound depends partly on the cost of holding cash in the form of physical currency. When people hold cash out of aversion to negative interest rates, they risk losses due to theft and the like. The cost of avoiding this risk could be a key determinant of negative interest rates’ lower bound, but it is hard to directly quantify. As a proxy for the cost of holding physical currency, we estimated the cost of storing gold based on gold futures prices. This cost has averaged an annualized 2.4% over the past 20 years, though it has varied widely over this timeframe.”

Obviously no one will put money in a bank to lose money. What happens to a business when no one buys or uses its products or services? I went into a bank yesterday to see their interest rates on a savings account. The “interest” rate was marked on the chart as YES or NO. When I asked what the interest rate actually was, the teller kindly got off her cell phone to get a rate sheet. The best rate at $100,000 minimum was 0.045%. I was not allowed to take a copy of their rate sheet: it was for “INTERNAL USE ONLY”.

A 918 Point Stock Market Crash In Japan And Deutsche Bank Denies That It Is About To Collapse

Financial Crisis 2016

On Tuesday junk bonds continued to crash, the price of oil briefly dipped below 28 dollars a barrel, Deutsche Bank was forced to deny that it is on the verge of collapse, but the biggest news was what happened in Japan.  The Nikkei was down a staggering 918 points, but that stock crash made very few headlines in the western world.  If the Dow had crashed 918 points today, that would have been the largest single day point crash in all of U.S. history.  So what just happened in Japan is a really big deal.  The Nikkei is now down 23.1 percent from the peak of the market, and that places it solidly in bear market territory.  Overall, a total of 16.5 trillion dollars of global stock market wealth has been wiped out since the middle of 2015.  As I stated yesterday, this is what a global financial crisis looks like.

Just as we saw during the last financial crisis, the big banks are playing a starring role, and this is definitely true in Japan.  Right now, Japanese banking stocks are absolutely imploding, and this is what drove much of the panic last night.  The following numbers come from Wolf Richter

  • Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group plunged 8.7%, down 47% from June 2015.
  • Mizuho Financial Group plunged 6.2%, down 38% since June 2015.
  • Sumitomo Mitsui plunged 6.2%, down 26% since May 2015
  • Nomura plunged a juicy 9.1%, down 42% since June 2015

An Easy Way to Classify Christian Patriots

As a nation, we have forgotten the price of Liberty. Our government has turned to tyranny when patriots who still believe in our founding principles dare question those in “authority”. This tyranny now includes murder, censorship and political prisoners.

But this is not a message to those slumbering under the illusion of freedom. This is a message for those “true believers” who pacify their treason working for the government by telling themselves that they can fix it from within. To be blunt: how is that working out as the government murders patriots? If you work for the government and believe in a day of judgment, ask yourself how you will be judged?

“Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.”

Dietrich Bonhoeffer

George Washington’s quote will become a battle cry in the future. How do I know? Because the alternative will never be accepted in a Christian nation.

Red List, Blue List, Black List, You List

by James Wesley Rawles

There has been a lot of conjecture in the past 40 years in patriot circles about the existence of government “round up lists”. Large-scale disaster and war planning exercises, like REX-84 (Readiness Exercise-1984) and Jade Helm 2015, have stimulated endless discourse about whether or not the government maintains a so-called “red list” and “blue list” of people that they deem to be dissidents who they might target for harassment, travel restrictions, or even detention without due process of law. Because any such lists would presumably be developed and updated under the wraps of a security classification and the Need To Know rule, this topic is understandably rife with conjecture, speculation, and even downright fabrication. So, in this essay, I will do my best to restrain my inner John Bircher and just stick to the facts. I’ll simply state the facts and add a bit of well-reasoned extrapolation, based on known technological trends.

The Real Face of FEMA

The centerpiece of all the speculation is the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). In my estimation, most of the chit chat on the Internet about “secret FEMA camps” is highly sensationalized. Civil internment is probably the lowest priority of any of FEMA’s contingency missions, and some would describe it as an almosthypothetical contingency.

Most Americans don’t realize it, but FEMA’s key mission is not disaster relief to the general public. Instead, their highest priority mission is assuring Continuity of Government (COG) following an external attack or following a widespread disaster that disrupts command, control, communications, and intelligence (C3I) assets and processes. If FEMA’s budget were ever drastically slashed, then the very last of their missions to be de-funded would be COG. In FEMA-speak, the COG part of their mission is listed under “National Continuity Programs”. They prefer to use the term Continuity of Operations (COOP), and that same term is used by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). These taskings fall under the purview of FEMA’s National Continuity Programs Directorate and are organized per the National Continuity Policy Implementation Plan (NCPIP).

Saudi Arabia Prepares To Send Special Forces To Syria; Will Fight As Part Of “US-Led Coalition”

Image result for endless war middle-eastern islamic and. western civilization

As we reported yesterday, in one of the most surprising developments involving the Syrian proxy war, Saudi Arabia and U.S. presence on the ground, the latest twist is that both Turkey and Saudi Arabia are now mulling a full-scale invasion while Russia and the Syrian government continue their progress in wiping out the US and Saudi-funded rebellion. To be sure, there was confusion when CNN Arabia reported first that the Saudis may send as much as 150,000 troops into Saudi Arabia, by way of Turkey, something which Anadolu news promptly denied.

However, the denial itself was softly denied by the Saudi Press Agency, which further stirred the water earlier today when it reported that not only is Saudi Arabia ready to send a special force to fight in Syria, but that this deployment was proposed by the US, which would oversee the Saudi troops as part of the US-led coalition in Syria. To wit:

  • AL JUBEIR SAYS U.S. PROPOSED GROUND FORCE DEPLOYMENT: SPA
  • SAUDI FORCE WOULD FIGHT AS PART OF U.S.-LED COALITION: SPA
  • SAUDI MINISTER SAYS SENDING GROUND FORCE UNDER DISCUSSION: SPA
  • SAUDI ARABIA READY TO SEND SPECIAL FORCE TO FIGHT IS IN SYRIA

The Collapse Has Started

I saw this information on Zerohedge earlier but did not post it. My reasoning was straight forward: I assumed that sentient people already understood that the crunch is now upon us.

Should we classify people as sentient and non-sentient? If you are sentient, will receiving more economic information change your plans for the future? Gold is up over 8% in the past 30 days. The Nikkei Index lost 5.4% last night. The Dow is down 8.5% since January 1, 2016. Has this information changed your plans for the future? If you answered no (hopefully), I will pose another question: are your friends and relatives starting to think that you are not so crazy after all? Will you help them?

It is hard for people to accept reality. They want to believe in the happy ending where the white knight comes riding in on his steed to save the day. However, at some point the truth must be accepted and hard decisions must be made.

Some observations:

  • The governments and central banks are responsible for the worldwide economic collapse. Why did anyone expect them to be able to fix it? What is their incentive to fix it?
  • Gold and property are the only constants of wealth throughout history. Tyranny always steals both. Which can you hide? There is a reason that gold is currently leveraged at 542 paper ounces to each physical ounce of gold.
  • The media is not reporting essential information but that does not mean it will not impact your life:
    1. The triggers for WW III are ready to break in the Middle East (on several fronts), Ukraine and North Korea.
    2. Europe will undergo what is being called the Patriot Spring when the weather breaks and the Islamic invasion (enabled by their governments) is addressed by the people.
    3. Worldwide shipping has collapsed. There is a reason that gas is cheap and the shelves are poorly stocked.
    4. The murder of LaVoy Finicum will not go unpunished. Are you following the actions of the “government” against the four remaining patriots at Malheur?
  • There is a reason that the US government is enabling an open borders policy: they want a large crisis to initiate martial law.

If you are asking when the collapse will happen, you are not paying attention. The collapse is here.

Canada to turn 7 military bases into refugee camps, taxpayers to fund mosques

This will have the effect of creating seven 100% Muslim cities all over Canada. In those cities, will the Muslims, in their gratitude, forget all about Islam’s doctrines of warfare against and subjugation of unbelievers? Of course they won’t, but Canadian officials, like officials all over the West, do not recognize that those doctrines even exist, and so are not making any provisions for what might happen if Muslims in these new cities do start to misunderstand Islam on a large scale.
