In 2016, investors need to understand three things.

This economic and financial contraction will not be an ordinary cyclical recession. It is the backside of decades of debt growth in excess of economic growth and the peak of underlying social optimism which produced that unsustainable disparity.

Debt contraction and reversing social mood will be the unifying element of many seemingly unconnected stories this year. Raúl Ilargi Meijer at theautomaticearth.com noted this unification in an article featured on SLL.

If there’s one thing to take away from this year’s developments in markets and economies so far, it’s that they are all linked, they’re all part of the same thing. If you can’t see that, you’re not going to understand what’s happening.

Looking at falling oil prices as a separate thread is not much use, and neither is doing the same with Chinese stocks, or the yuan, or the millions of Americans who are one paycheck away from poverty, for that matter. It’s all one story.

Then Senator John Edwards once stated that there are two Americas – a careful study of our nation will reveal that he had a poor grasp of mathematics. By my count there are at least four Americas.

Our country is divided into tribes, and then sub-tribes of people:

1. Conservatives – mostly older white folks who have traditional values and would have the United States return to a simpler, less government intrusive time.
2. Liberals – a mixture of young folks who want government to provide for all their needs from cradle to grave and older folks who want to give money away to the former – so long as it isn’t their money.
3. Productive blacks – people that DuBois termed as the ten percent who work hard, attend to their families and are a productive part of society.
4. Inner city blacks – that group that distinguishes itself by reducing their own population through drug wars and street turf battles, and when not consumed with self-extermination find some reason to loot and rob.
5. Young black college attendees – a sub-group which believe that college is a place to go and be mollycoddled and feel safe as opposed to studying and being exposed to new ideas.
6. Muslims – those people who practice the religion of Islam and go about their daily lives, and at least somewhat assimilate into society.
7. Radical Muslims – a sub-group of those people who practice the ancient model of Islam and believe that it is the destiny of Islam to conquer the world for Allah.
8. Hispanics – those folks who immigrated legally into the United States and for the most part work and are productive citizens.
9. Illegals – those law breakers who are here for the benefits and free services which are not even available to many of legal citizens.

And from this kettle of entirely different fish somehow America is supposed to survive. The question is how?

Stop letting the political elite and the media control the narrative. Memorize the 2nd Amendment:

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

The Obama usurpation of the Constitution by executive order has nothing to do with protecting our children. The 2nd Amendment was not intended to protect us from criminals, for sport shooting or for hunting. It is and always was about protecting the people from the government. The 2nd Amendment does not vilify the Militia: it shows the reason why we have a militia.

What is the law regarding Militia:

The founding fathers knew that if the people had been unarmed, their government (England) would have continued taxing the colonists without representation. Look at the parallels of today and understand why the government does not want the people armed.

Chinese Immigrant Turned Citizen Defies Obama Gun Grab: “I Will Never Be A Slave Again”

There is clearly a line in the sand, and a bold Chinese immigrant, who became an American citizen by choice, is the latest to remind the government what it shall not infringe.

Lily Tang Williams happens to be the state chair of the Colorado Libertarian Party and has made a splash with her January 5th Facebook post, which has now received thousands of comments and shares. Williams vows to defy all government attempts at disarmament, citing the authoritarian abuses of China, her native country.

She declares, “I will always stand with my AR, no matter what my President signs with his pen.”

If you believe more gun control by your government is going to save lives, you are being naïve. The champion of all the mass killings in this world is always a tyrannical government.
