After years of holding herself above the law, telling lie after lie, and months of flat-out obstruction, HIllary Clinton has finally produced to the FBI her server and three thumb drives. Apparently, the server has been professionally wiped clean of any useable information, and the thumb drives contain only what she selectively culled. Myriad criminal offenses apply to this conduct.

Anyone with knowledge of government workings has known from inception that Hillary’s communications necessarily would contain classified and national security related information. Thanks to the Inspector General for the Intelligence Community, it is now beyond dispute that she had ultra-Top Secret information and more that should never have left the State Department.

Equal to Ms. Clinton’s outrageous misconduct is that of the entire federal law enforcement community. It has long chosen to be deliberately blind to these flagrant infractions of laws designed to protect national security—laws for which other people, even reporters, have endured atrocious investigations, prosecutions, and some served years in prison for comparatively minor infractions.

During the same years that Hillary was communicating about national security and world affairs off the grid, the Department of Justice has had no qualms threatening news reporters and prosecuting whistleblowers under the Espionage Act. It’s high time for a special prosecutor to be named to conduct a full investigation into Ms. Clinton’s likely commission of multiple felonies, including a conspiracy with Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, and possibly others, to violate multiple laws.

Our main Ferguson protest reporter called our managing editor on Tuesday, August 11 and said, “You need to call Chief Belmar and you need to tell him that he is going to ruin any progress he made with the community if he lets these Oath Keepers come out to protests in Ferguson carrying assault rifles.”

Our reporter was at the Ferguson protest on Monday, August 10 when a group of white men identified with the Oath Keepers group strutted through the throng of protestors. Belmar was on the scene, but neither he nor any of his officers stopped these heavily armed men to see if they had permits. In effect, their mere presence terrorized many protestors – our reporter said they made her fear for her life – but they were not dealt with as a threat by the chief or his officers. No one would argue that a black man carrying an assault weapon in the same tense situation would have been treated the same way.

“If those had been black men walking the streets of Ferguson with assault rifles, they would have been thrown to the ground and taken into custody,” our reporter said. “But these guys? Nothing. And at this same protest, people were brutally thrown to the ground and placed under arrest for slinging a little water. You need to tell Belmar he is going to lose all the ground he has made in this community if this keeps up.”

We did as she directed. We asked Belmar why he decided not to stop the Oath Keepers group, check their permits, and interview them for a threat assessment. His media coordinator responded with a statement: “The St. Louis County Police Department is going to consult with the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office about the legalities of the issue. Chief Jon Belmar stated, ‘Their presence was both unnecessary and inflammatory.’”

There’s undoubtedly an increased interest in race in America.  Many Americans, myself included, believe that race relations have worsened under the Obama regime, and there are some numbers to back that up (chart below).  In my unlicensed opinion, the exploitation of these rifts has been intentional.  I do believe that the regime has great interest in fanning the flames and promoting the comeuppance for a generation of whites who had absolutely nothing to do with slavery or Jim Crow… although you wouldn’t know that by listening to some of the regime’s tripe.

Recent protestors in Ferguson, however, chanted, “We’re ready for war!”  Farrakhan’s been calling for blacks to desert the U.S. Army and to “rise up” and start killing.  Black Lives Matter protestors, who disrupted a political event for perhaps the only candidate who takes them seriously, have promised more agitation.  These examples are from a small but not insignificant minority of blacks.  (Just like the KKK is not representative of all whites, neither are these groups representative of all blacks.)  But I don’t think this regime is as interested in preventing racial violence as they are in giving it the wink.

Two of the things we begin looking for when examining potential insurgencies are 1) a shared grievance along ethnic, racial, societal, religious or ideological lines, and 2) leadership who offer political solutions through violence.  These two signatures of violent insurgency are what we call the pre-insurgency phase.  So from a threat intelligence perspective, I believe the topic of racial violence deserves some due diligence.

I’ve been listening to the republican candidates talk about how they want to “restore the country to greatness”.  I believe none has a clue with regard to the fundamental actions needed to recover from our circumstances.

The candidates are largely talking about nationalism – borders, economics and military defense.  I do not subscribe to the nationalist economic / safety model as justification for expansive government.

They desire a visible and quantifiable improvement in the human condition. Unfortunately they differ with regard to the desired condition, and we disagree dramatically over the means which should be employed to achieve the various outcomes.

If you listen to the conservative pundits, you get a fair understanding of our situation: corruption of rule of law, absence of equal protection, a broken “social contract”.  None, however have any useful plan to address these as symptoms of an out-of-control state.

Even Glenn Beck is missing the point when he claims there is danger in personal action to confront the behavior of the state.  Wednesday evening Glenn gave a history lesson about the three individuals, acting alone, who captured the courier facilitating Benedict Arnold’s treason.  At the same time Glenn spoke disparagingly of the men and women who went to the Bundy ranch to stand against the armed incursion by the Bureau of Land Management; and he questioned the intentions of the Oathkeepers who are now in Ferguson.  He failed to apply his history lesson to current events.

We have a limited choice of actions available to us.  We can be passive victims of the state or stand together in our communities to largely ignore the legislative actions of the state and act responsibly – for ourselves and toward those who interact with our community.

We must return to basics that have been eroded over the last two or three generations.  Family is the proper focus for our lives and we must be guided by an organic law that is disconnected from the legislative domains of men (the state at various levels of implementation).

Law, as prescription for ‘right-behavior’, is different from the legislative statutes, ordinances and regulations of the state.  The prescriptions are derived from long-standing community practice.  They are encapsulated in the tenets and actions of common-law.  My case for this approach is built in prior articles on liberty and the common-law. People must again experience a spontaneous social order in the absence of a state, and an immediate consequence for misbehavior within their community.   Natural law is that law which provides guidance on how to accomplish this.  Natural law is that law, which it is proper to uphold by unorganized individual violence, whether a state is present or absent, and for which, in the absence of orderly society, it is proper to punish violators by unorganized individual violence.  (credit)

How do we begin?  Start with small actions.  Be the crazy person who evicts the kids from outside your community who come to make mischief and litter in your cul-de-sacs.  Be the crazy person who stops and challenges drivers of vehicles moving erratically on the streets in your community.  Seek consensus for your actions within your community.

Then think bigger.  Find a half-dozen people who are willing to become community arbiters (judges) for interactions and disputes within your community.  Study together and establish a community practice (court) of common-law.  Take responsibility for your community.

To the conservative skeptics and progressive detractors, I’m not asking you to share this belief. I’m asking you to respect this belief.  Stand aside and do not impede our ability to act in what we perceive to be our best interest, so long as our actions do no discernible injury to others nor damage to their property.

I’m currently at the stage of small actions.  I’m beginning to think bigger. You can do the same.  There is some personal risk in this, but I believe it is acceptable.  Your action will have a positive impact on people within and beyond the boundary of your community.

Be that crazy person who takes responsibility for establishment of spontaneous organic order within your community.

Several high-ranking Committee staff members responsible for shaping the size and scope of the inquiry have reached out to SBA List asking for assistance. Our team has provided key members of Congress with scientific evidence and a list of more than 40 questions that dig deep into the workings of Planned Parenthood. We want to make sure that if these hearings and investigations are held they expose Planned Parenthood in every way possible.The evidence uncovered in these investigations could prove critical to our efforts to ensure that no taxpayer funds support abortion in any form, that babies capable of feeling pain are protected from these cruel procedures, and – perhaps most importantly – we are able to elect a pro-life President who will sign these common sense pieces of legislation into law.

    

2. A Vote to Ending Late-Term Abortion: Many of the unborn babies sold for their parts are aborted in the later stages of pregnancy. The next big fight for life in the U.S. Senate will be a vote on the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would end abortion after 5 months of pregnancy. SBA List has met with key Senators, provided briefings and scientific evidence, identified expert witnesses for Senate hearings, and has already begun our full court pressure to make sure Senators like Bob Casey (D-PA) and Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND), who voted against defunding Planned Parenthood, vote in favor of protecting unborn babies from late-term abortion.

China’s military launched live-fire naval warfare exercises in the disputed South China Sea on Tuesday, further raising tensions among states in the region.

The war games were announced by the Chinese maritime security agency and included a warning for all ships to keep out of three areas near Hainan Island, according to the official PLA Daily military newspaper.

The live-fire drills come days after the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) criticized China for militarizing new, artificially created islands in the sea. The association stated in a final communiqué issued last week that China’s island building has “increased tensions” in the region.

The statement reflected pressure from Vietnam and Philippines on ASEAN to take a strong stand against Chinese maritime encroachment.

Secretary of State John Kerry in Malaysia on Thursday voiced “serious concerns” over China’s “massive” land reclamation and militarization in the sea. On Monday in Vietnam, Kerry said he discussed security cooperation with the communist government on maritime issues.

“I reiterated America’s strong support of freedom of navigation, overflight, and other lawful uses of the sea,” Kerry said in Malaysia. “These rights, I would remind everybody, are universal rights and they must be respected by every nation, large and small.”

FREEMANSPERSPECTIVE

Another American election cycle is upon us, and large numbers of people are lining up to pour their time and money into the sewer of politics, to be lost forever.

This system will not be fixed. Period. This is Rome in 460 AD. The rulers, as in Rome, are liars, mad, or drunk (these days, drugged)… or all three.

The “fall of Rome,” of course, was far more complex than we learned in school, but through all the many years of its decline, Rome was full of well-meaning people trying to reform and save it. And by the way, among the people who tried the hardest to keep the Roman game going were the Goths. They tried hard to keep Rome operational… and they failed too.

Let me be clear on this: Once ruling hierarchies get beyond a certain point, they cannot be reformed. And I am sure that the modern West is beyond that point.

• Do we really believe that central bankers will just lay down their monopolies?
• Can we seriously expect a hundred trillion dollars of debt to be liquidated without any consequences?
• Do we actually believe that politicians will walk away from their power and apologize for abusing us?
• Do we really think that the corporations who own Congress will just give up the game that is enriching them?
• Does anyone seriously believe that the NSA is going to say, “Gee, that Fourth Amendment really is kind of clear, and everything we do violates it… so, everyone here is fired and the last person out will please turn off the lights”?
• And does anyone believe that the military-industrial complex will stop encouraging war, or that corporate media will stop worshiping the state, or that your local sheriff will apologize for training his cops to be vicious beasts?
• Do we really believe that public school systems will ever stop lauding the state that pays all its bills?

I could go on, but I think my point is made: This system will never allow itself to be seriously reformed. Trying to fix this is like trying to revive a long-dead corpse.

The systems that rule the West will fail.

Whether the wider Western civilization fails is up to us: Do we have civilization inside of us? Or was it all just a pattern that we followed?
