The U.S. Department of Justice announced plans to investigate the group that produced undercover videos showing Planned Parenthood employees admitting that they harvest and sell organs ripped from the bodies aborted babies. Politico reported the news of the coming DOJ investigation earlier today:

JUSTICE TO PROBE CENTER FOR MEDICAL PROGRESS — While congressional committees investigate Planned Parenthood’s practices, the Justice Department agreed to look into whether the group that released the sting videos obtained the footage legally. In response to a request by House Democrats, Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Wednesday afternoon that Justice would “review all of the information and determine what the appropriate steps moving forward would be.” Planned Parenthood has staunchly defended its practices and claims that the Center for Medical Progress illegally obtained its footage, then excessively edited it to misrepresent what the organization does.

The DOJ investigation of the Center for Medical Progress, which, unlike Planned Parenthood, is not in the business of killing healthy, viable unborn babies in order to sell their organs for cash, was announced after several Democratic lawmakers called for the organization to be targeted:

Democratic presidential candidate Martin O’Malley said that children born in the United States to illegal immigrant parents shouldn’t be denied a birth certificate because he claims “citizenship is a human right.”

This declaration was made in light of the lawsuit filed on behalf of 23 children of 19 illegal immigrant parents and against the Texas Department of State Health Services because they haven’t issued birth certificates as the parents are unable to provide proper forms of identification.

O’Malley took issue with the Texas health department’s actions saying:

[D]enying birth certificates to US citizens is not only outrageous, it’s unconstitutional.

The 14th amendment of the US Constitution could not be clearer. It states that ‘all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside,’” he said. “The Texas Department of State Health services should cease this discriminatory and unconstitutional practice immediately. Citizenship is a human right.

Last week, Pastor Clenard Childress (of BlackGenocide.org) and other pro-lifers pointed a spotlight on the NAACP’s apathy toward abortion among black women. Rev. Childress and his group marched outside the abortion-supporting organization’s annual convention held July 13 through July 15 in Philadelphia.

The protesters co-opted the leftists’ politically expedient “Black Lives Matter,” “Don’t Shoot,” “I Can’t Breathe,” slogans, but applied them to the most vulnerable black lives: the unborn.

Pastor Childress called this event the “All Black Life Matters Project.” He said a group that numbered from 21 to 25 people passed out a record 6,500 pieces of pro-life material.

Pastor Childress said the NAACP Delegates ignored the pro-lifers.

The question is: why do Americans not only sit silently while the lives of innocents are destroyed, but also actually support the destruction of the lives of innocents? Why do Americans believe “official sources” despite the proven fact that “official sources” lie repeatedly and never tell the truth?

The only conclusion that one can come to is that the American people have failed. We have failed Justice. We have failed Mercy. We have failed the US Constitution. We have failed Truth. We have failed Democracy and representative government. We have failed ourselves and humanity. We have failed the confidence that our Founding Fathers put in us. We have failed God. If we ever had the character that we are told we had, we have obviously lost it. Little, if anything, remains of the “American character.”

Was the American character present in the torture prisons of Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo Bay, and hidden CIA torture dungeons where US military and CIA personnel provided photographic evidence of their delight in torturing and abusing prisoners? Official reports have concluded that along with torture went rape, sodomy, and murder. All of this was presided over by American psychologists with Ph.D. degrees.

We see the same inhumanity in the American police who respond to women children, the elderly, the physically and mentally handicapped, with gratuitous violence. For no reason whatsoever, police murder, taser, beat, and abuse US citizens. Every day there are more reports, and despite the reports the violence goes on and on and on. Clearly, the police enjoy inflicting pain and death on citizens whom the police are supposed to serve and protect. There have always been bullies in the police force, but the wanton police violence of our time indicates a complete collapse of the American character.

American character or American morality. Our politicians and media have had great success in eroding the morality of the people. They know that the end result of immorality is the destruction of the republic. When the average person is more familiar with television personalities than the people who have enslaved us, questions like the article must be asked.

Step 1 as outlined in the above article:

Americans need to face the facts. The loss of character means the loss of liberty and the transformation of government into a criminal enterprise.

Step 2:

Look in the mirror and decide what kind of man or woman you want to be. If you want to be on the right side of the upcoming war, go to step 3. If not:

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”

Step 3:

Develop Sacred honor. Everything else will naturally follow.

The United States seems at this moment about to break the record for the worst political blunder of all time, with its Obama administration deal that will make a nuclear Iran virtually inevitable.

Already the years-long negotiations, with their numerous “deadlines” that have been extended again and again, have reduced the chances that Israel can destroy the Iranian nuclear facilities, which have been multiplied and placed in scattered underground sites during the years when all this was going on.

Israel is the only country even likely to try to destroy those facilities, since Iran has explicitly and repeatedly declared its intention to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.

How did we get to this point — and what, if anything, can we do now? Tragically, these are questions that few Americans seem to be asking.

Continuing to “transform” America, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that new citizens taking the oath of allegiance will no longer have to pledge to “bear arms on behalf of the United States” or “perform noncombatant service” in the Armed Forces as part of the naturalization process.

And you thought it couldn’t get any worse?

Washington Examiner:

Those lines are in the Oath of Allegiance that people recite as they become U.S. citizens. But USCIS said people “may” be able to exclude those phrases for reasons related to religion or if they have a conscientious objection.
USCIS said people with certain religious training or with a “deeply held moral or ethical code” may not have to say the phrases as they are naturalized.
The agency said people don’t have to belong to a specific church or religion to use this exemption, and may attest to U.S. officials administering the oath that they have these beliefs.
USCIS said it would take “feedback” on this policy change through August 4, 2015.
