A top State Department official on Monday dismissed reports that Iran may be hiding key nuclear-related assets in North Korea and implied that she was unaware of the possibility, despite the publication this weekend of several articles by top analysts expressing alarm at the extent of nuclear cooperation between Tehran and Pyongyang.

Marie Harf, a spokeswoman for the State Department, dismissed as “bizarre” the reports, which described the transfer of enriched uranium and ballistic missile technology back and forth between the two rogue regimes.

The existence of an illicit Iranian nuclear infrastructure outside of the Islamic Republic’s borders would gut a nuclear deal that the administration has vowed to advance by Tuesday, according to these experts and others.

If Iran is not forced to disclose the full extent and nature of its outside nuclear work to the United States, there is virtually no avenue to guarantee that it is living up to its promises made in the negotiating room, according to multiple experts and sources in Europe apprised of the ongoing talks.

Gordon Chang, a North Korea expert who has written in recent days about Iran’s possible “secret program” there, described the State Department’s dismissal of these reports as naïve.

Russia conducted a flight test of a new intercontinental ballistic missile earlier this month that some U.S. officials and security analysts say is a new violation of Moscow’s arms control treaty commitments.

The March 18 flight test of a new RS-26 missile is part of a large-scale nuclear arms buildup by Russia and is raising concerns about treaty compliance, said U.S. officials familiar with details of the missile test.

The RS-26 missile carried a dummy warhead from Russia’s Kapustin Yar missile facility, located about 80 miles south of Volgograd in southern Russia, to an impact range at Sary Shagan in Kazakhstan.

The distance between the launch facility and the impact area is approximately 1,248 miles, far less than the threshold of 3,417 miles required by the 1987 Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty.

It is at least the fifth time in the past five years the Russians have conducted flight tests of the RS-26 to ranges prohibited under the INF treaty. An Oct. 10, 2013 flight test also traveled less than 2,000 miles.

What I’m about to tell you is not my own opinion or even analysis. It’s original data that comes from the United States Federal Reserve and national credit bureaus.

1. 40 million Americans are now in debt because of their university education, and on average borrowers have four loans with a total balance of $29,000.
2. According to the Fed, “Student loans have the highest delinquency rate of any form of household credit, having surpassed credit cards in 2012.”
3. Since 2010, student debt has been the second largest category of personal debt, just after a home mortgage.
4. The delinquency rate for student loans is now hovering near an all-time high since they started collecting data 12 years ago.
5. Only 37% of total students loan balances are currently in repayment and not delinquent.

The rest—nearly 2 out of 3—are either behind on payments, in all-out default, or have entered some sort of deferral program to delay making payments, with a small percentage still in school.

We have no choice in this matter, Either we default by deflation or by inflation in which case we end up with massive civil unrest and the risk of REVOLUTION or a major INTERNATIONAL WAR.

Eliminating Taxation, Privatizing the Debt, ending Federal Borrowing, and eliminating political contributions so elections are funded by government are all plausible. The eventual debatable reform is capping the size of government.

The main objective is start thinking out of the box. If we can just start here, then reforms thereafter will become possible.

A Muslim Caliphate is forming from North Africa through Pakistan. The three contending groups are ISIS (the catalyst to justify the establishment of the winner), Turkey (Sunni Caliphate and formerly back by the Obama regime) and Iran (Shi’ite and now backed by both Obama and Putin). One sure winner is American defense contractors. One sure loser: Americans under tyranny.

This will be an interesting Summer of Beheadings.

Unified Sunni Coalition Confronts Iran

Turkey’s Erdogan: ‘Iran is trying to dominate the region’

Iran, whose pursuit in recent years of imperial ambitions in the Middle East has seemed inexorable, found itself over the weekend confronting a hostile coalition of nine Sunni states ranging from Morocco to Turkey, with nuclear-armed Pakistan a possible add-on.

The bombing in Yemen of Iranian-linked Houthi rebels that began last Thursday by the Saudi-led coalition marked the unexpected emergence of a unified Sunni front to counter the threat of regional dominance by Shiite Iran. Egypt, one of the central members of the coalition, has already dispatched naval forces to the waters off Yemen to prevent Houthi militants, acting on behalf of Iran, from threatening shipping to and from the Suez Canal.

The new Sunni militancy follows the accession two months ago of King Salman in Saudi Arabia. His son, Mohammad bin Salman, whom he appointed as defense minister, has taken the leading role in organizing the coalition and planning the strikes against the Houthis, assisted by U.S. intelligence.

Arab leaders have agreed to form a joint military force in the face of the ‘challenges’ facing the region, Egypt’s president announced on the final day of a two-day Arab summit.

President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi made the comment Sunday during the Arab League’s closing session at the Egyptian resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh. ‘The Arab leaders had decided to agree on the principle of a joint Arab military force,’ he said.

Sissi said a high-level panel will work under the supervision of Arab chiefs of staff to work out the details. Egyptian officials said the proposed force would be made up of roughly 40,000 elite troops and backed by jets, warships and light armor.

Working out the make-up and structure of the force is expected to take months, but previous attempts to create a unified command in the divided Arab world have failed.

The decision was mostly aimed at fighting jihadists who have overrun swathes of Iraq and Syria and won a foothold in Libya, Arab League chief Nabil Elaraby said ahead of the summit.
