North Korea Has ICBM EMP Nukes on Submarines

North Korea tests a submarine-launched ballistic missile / Arirang

The two stories below show how our country is in imminent danger. Projections are that 90% of the country’s population will die in the first year of an EMP attack. While our pResident sells out Israel for crumbs from the Muslim Brotherhood and Iran, our military has been gutted at the highest levels. Congress has become a joke. Literally. And the Supreme Court has been compromised by blackmail and ideology.

Where does that leave you?

U.S. Confirms North Korean Sub Missiles

by Bill Gertz

The commander of the U.S. Strategic Command, in charge of U.S. nuclear missile forces, confirmed on Thursday that North Korea is developing a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM).

Adm. Cecil D. Haney, the commander, also told Congress that China is developing a new multi-warhead, road-mobile missile.

The four-star admiral made the comments in prepared testimony for the Senate Armed Services Committee. The testimony was disclosed Thursday.

The comments were the first official U.S. government confirmation that North Korea is working on a new underwater missile capability and comes as the regime in Pyongyang has tested nuclear weapons and claims to have miniaturized a weapon to fit on top of a missile.

The North Korean SLBM was first disclosed by the Free Beacon Aug. 26 amid skepticism that the communist state had the technical expertise to build a missile capable of being fired from a submerged submarine.

North Korea EMP attack could destroy U.S. — now

North Korea now has an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) capable of delivering a nuclear weapon to the United States, as demonstrated by their successful launch and orbiting of a satellite on Dec. 12. Certain poorly informed pundits among the chattering classes reassure us that North Korea is still years away from being able to miniaturize warheads for missile delivery, and from developing sufficiently accurate missiles to pose a serious nuclear threat to the United States. Philip Yun, director of San Francisco’s Ploughshares Fund, a nuclear disarmament group, reportedly said, “The real threat from the launch was an overreaction that would lead to more defense spending on unnecessary systems. The sky is not falling. We shouldn’t be panicked.”

In fact, North Korea is a mortal nuclear threat to the United States— right now.

North Korea has already successfully tested and developed nuclear weapons. It has also already miniaturized nuclear weapons for ballistic missile delivery and has armed missiles with nuclear warheads. In 2011, the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Lt. General Ronald Burgess, testified to the Senate Armed Services Committee that North Korea has weaponized its nuclear devices into warheads for ballistic missiles.

Report: Obamas may have purchased ‘Magnum, P.I.’ home in Hawaii

Google image

When he’s done being president, could Barack Obama grow a mustache, don a Hawaiian shirt, and start driving a red Ferrari?

Obama loves Hawaii – the land of his childhood, the place where he can retreat to spectacular beaches and shaved ice — and his presidential vacations there have become a ritual. But now, there’s a chance that Hawaii residents could see him actually taking up residence there again, and in one of the island’s most famous properties, no less: the “Magnum, P.I.”house.

Amazon Gets Experimental Airworthiness Certificate

FAA seal

March 19–The Federal Aviation Administration today issued an experimental airworthiness certificate to an Amazon Logistics, Inc. unmanned aircraft (UAS) design that the company will use for research and development and crew training. The FAA typically issues experimental certificates to manufacturers and technology developers to operate a UAS that does not have a type certificate.

Under the provisions of the certificate, all flight operations must be conducted at 400 feet or below during daylight hours in visual meteorological conditions. The UAS must always remain within visual line-of-sight of the pilot and observer. The pilot actually flying the aircraft must have at least a private pilot’s certificate and current medical certification.

The certificate also requires Amazon to provide monthly data to the FAA. The company must report the number of flights conducted, pilot duty time per flight, unusual hardware or software malfunctions, any deviations from air traffic controllers’ instructions, and any unintended loss of communication links. The FAA includes these reporting requirements in all UAS experimental airworthiness certificates.

EXECUTIVE ORDER

– – – – – – –

PLANNING FOR FEDERAL SUSTAINABILITY IN THE NEXT DECADE

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to maintain Federal leadership in sustainability and greenhouse gas emission reductions, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. Executive departments and agencies (agencies) have been among our Nation’s leaders as the United States works to build a clean energy economy that will sustain our prosperity and the health of our people and our environment for generations to come. Federal leadership in energy, environmental water, fleet, buildings, and acquisition management will continue to drive national greenhouse gas reductions and support preparations for the impacts of climate change. Through a combination of more efficient Federal operations such as those outlined in this Executive Order (order), we have the opportunity to reduce agency direct greenhouse gas emissions by at least 40 percent over the next decade while at the same time fostering innovation, reducing spending, and strengthening the communities in which our Federal facilities operate.

It therefore continues to be the policy of the United States that agencies shall increase efficiency and improve their environmental performance. Improved environmental performance will help us protect our planet for future generations and save taxpayer dollars through avoided energy costs and increased efficiency, while also making Federal facilities more resilient. To improve environmental performance and Federal sustainability, priority should first be placed on reducing energy use and cost, then on finding renewable or alternative energy solutions. Pursuing clean sources of energy will improve energy and water security, while ensuring that Federal facilities will continue to meet mission requirements and lead by example. Employing this strategy for the next decade calls for expanded and updated Federal environmental performance goals with a clear overarching objective of reducing greenhouse gas emissions across Federal operations and the Federal supply chain.

Sec. 2. Agency Greenhouse Gas Emission Reductions. In implementing the policy set forth in section 1 of this order, the head of each agency shall, within 90 days of the date of this order, propose to the Chair of the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) percentage reduction targets for agency-wide reductions of scope 1 and 2 and scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions in absolute terms by the end of fiscal year 2025 relative to a fiscal year 2008 baseline. Where appropriate, the target shall exclude direct emissions from excluded vehicles and equipment and from electric power produced and sold commercially to other parties as the primary business of the agency. The proposed targets shall be subject to the review and approval of the Chair of CEQ in coordination with the Director of OMB under section 4(b) of this order.

Sec. 3. Sustainability Goals for Agencies. In implementing the policy set forth in section 1 of this order and to achieve the goals of section 2 of this order, the head of each agency shall, where life-cycle cost-effective, beginning in fiscal year 2016, unless otherwise specified:

(a) promote building energy conservation, efficiency, and management by: Continue reading

For Those Who State that ISIS Is Not Islamic….

From Islam-watch.org:

Kitman is characterized by someone telling only part of the truth. The most common example of this is when a Muslim says that jihad really refers to an internal, spiritual struggle. He is not telling “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth”, as witnesses are sworn to do in U.S. courts. Often, kitman results in a gross distortion of the truth. In the example given, the Quran uses jihad and its derivatives 59 times. Of those, only 16 (27%) could be considered “internal” with no object as the target of the struggle based on the context of the surah.

Deception and politicians go hand in hand. A Muslim politician (like the pResident or Rep. Ellison) practices kitman without a trace of remorse. And why should he be concerned with how an infidel perceives his actions? Ellison’s analogy of ISIS to Islam being the same as the KKK to Christianity will gain some traction. In the same manner as Obama’s crusaders’ comments. But the “whole truth” is simple: Islam is evil and those who defend it with takiyya and kitman will not stop. It is part of their religious doctrine.

A religious war is upon us. Washington, D.C. is controlled by Muslims in all levels of government. Knowing four foundational Muslim tenets may save your life: Takiyya, Tawriya, Kitman and Muruna.

Rep. Keith Ellison on ISIS: ‘It’s as Islamic as Ku Klux Klan is Christian’

CNSNews.com asked Ellison: “The Atlantic magazine’s Graeme Wood recently wrote that ‘the Islamic State is Islamic. Very Islamic’ and that ‘the religion preached by its most ardent followers derives from coherent and even learned interpretations of Islam.’ Do you agree that the Islamic State is Islamic?”

Rep. Ellison said: “I do not agree. It’s as Islamic as the Ku Klux Klan is Christian, right. It is, of course, you know, the Ku Klux Klan uses Christian rhetoric. They throw crosses around. But what person going to church on any given Sunday recognizes that as their faith? And so, that’s the same way that I believe that ISIS is Islamic.”

White House office to delete its FOIA regulations

The White House is removing a federal regulation that subjects its Office of Administration to the Freedom of Information Act, making official a policy under Presidents Bush and Obama to reject requests for records to that office.

The White House said the cleanup of FOIA regulations is consistent with court rulings that hold that the office is not subject to the transparency law. The office handles, among other things, White House record-keeping duties like the archiving of e-mails.

THEN

SUBJECT:      Freedom of Information Act
A democracy requires accountability, and accountability requires transparency. As Justice Louis Brandeis wrote, “sunlight is said to be the best of disinfectants.” In our democracy, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which encourages accountability through transparency, is the most prominent expression of a profound national commitment to ensuring an open Government. At the heart of that commitment is the idea that accountability is in the interest of the Government and the citizenry alike.
The Freedom of Information Act should be administered with a clear presumption: In the face of doubt, openness prevails. The Government should not keep information confidential merely because public officials might be embarrassed by disclosure, because errors and failures might be revealed, or because of speculative or abstract fears. Nondisclosure should never be based on an effort to protect the personal interests of Government officials at the expense of those they are supposed to serve. In responding to requests under the FOIA, executive branch agencies (agencies) should act promptly and in a spirit of cooperation, recognizing that such agencies are servants of the public.
All agencies should adopt a presumption in favor of disclosure, in order to renew their commitment to the principles embodied in FOIA, and to usher in a new era of open Government.  The presumption of disclosure should be applied to all decisions involving FOIA.
The presumption of disclosure also means that agencies should take affirmative steps to make information public. They should not wait for specific requests from the public. All agencies should use modern technology to inform citizens about what is known and done by their Government. Disclosure should be timely.
I direct the Attorney General to issue new guidelines governing the FOIA to the heads of executive departments and agencies, reaffirming the commitment to accountability and transparency, and to publish such guidelines in the Federal Register. In doing so, the Attorney General should review FOIA reports produced by the agencies under Executive Order 13392 of December 14, 2005. I also direct the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to update guidance to the agencies to increase and improve information dissemination to the public, including through the use of new technologies, and to publish such guidance in the Federal Register.
This memorandum does not create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
The Director of the Office of Management and Budget is hereby authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

Syrian Rebels and the Digital Honeypot

Guerrillamerica

From New York Times:

To the young Syrian rebel fighter, the Skype message in early December 2013 appeared to come from a woman in Lebanon, named Iman Almasri, interested in his cause. Her picture, in a small icon alongside her name, showed a fair-skinned 20-something in a black head covering, wearing sunglasses.

They chatted online for nearly two hours, seemingly united in their opposition to the rule of Bashar al-Assad… Eventually saying she worked “in a programing company in Beirut,” the woman asked the fighter whether he was talking from his computer or his smartphone. He sent her a photo of himself and asked for another of her in return. She sent one immediately, apologizing that it was a few years old.

“Angel like,” he responded. “You drive me crazy.”

It just so turns out that this woman was actually a pro-Assad hacker.  She sent him another photo, which had some nasty malware in it, that began sending the contents of his computer to some server in allah-knows-where.  Apparently, the malware picked the computer clean, stealing sensitive information about the fighter, his compatriots, and their rebel plans.

The report says the pro-Assad hackers stole large caches of critical documents revealing the Syrian opposition’s strategy, tactical battle plans, supply requirements and data about the forces themselves — which could be used to track them down.

New Black Panther Party wants to “arm every black man”

From YouTube:

Around 40 New Black Panther Party members marched with their firearms on display through the streets of Austin during SXSW festival on Monday. The protesters took to the streets of the Texan capital to condemn the murders of black civilians and show respect to the families of those who have been killed by the police in the United States.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you don’t like the RT video, here is the Alex Jones’ video:
Now imagine 40 white patritots marching with rifles with a message to support the Constitution at the SXSW event. The press would be shouting “Tea Party Racists” from the roof tops and Eric Holder would launch an immediate investigation. But in the Obama States of America (OSA), we have to see this on Russia Today or Alex Jones. Why?
In the OSA, class warfare is a means to divide the country so that the political class can solidify tyranny. You can see what the other side is doing. It is easy to manipulate the weak minded. It also is easy to believe that it will get better. I can assure you it will get much worse.
We only have two choices: RESIST or SUBMIT.
Obama calls for mandatory voting in U.S.
President Obama, whose party was trounced in last year’s midterm election due to poor turnout among Democrats, endorsed the idea of mandatory voting Wednesday.
“It would be transformative if everybody voted,” Mr. Obama said during a town-hall event in Cleveland. “That would counteract [campaign] money more than anything. If everybody voted, then it would completely change the political map in this country.”
Mr. Obama raised the subject during a discussion of curbing the influence of campaign donations in U.S. elections. The president said he had never discussed the idea publicly before, but said Australia and some other countries have compulsory voting.
The president didn’t commit to pushing a mandatory voting initiative at the federal level but said, “that may end up being a better strategy in the short term” than finding a solution to curbing campaign donations.
