EXPOSED: Department of Justice Shut Down Search For Lois Lerner’s Emails

The Obama administration’s Department of Justice shut down an attempt to force the Internal Revenue Service to search for Lois Lerner’s missing emails at off-site storage facilities.

The IRS never looked for Lerner’s backup email tapes at the West Virginia storage facility where they were being housed. Treasury deputy inspector general Timothy Camus told Congress that the IRS never asked IT professionals at the New Martinsville, W.V. storage site for the backup tapes. Camus only found the backup tape for Lerner’s missing 2011 emails about two weeks ago.

But the Obama administration knew that emails were stored at off-site facilities, and even shut down a legal request to send somebody to go look for them.

“We said in court that there are off-site servers where all IRS emails are stored,” lawyer Cleta Mitchell told The Daily Caller. Mitchell represents the voter-ID group True the Vote in its lawsuit against the IRS over improper targeting. Shortly after it was revealed last summer that the IRS was missing Lerner’s emails,  Mitchell petitioned U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton for an independent forensic examiner to be appointed to investigate the missing emails.

Report: Obama Has Cut Intelligence Cooperation with Israel

Israeli report indicates a deep crisis as disagreement on Iran has stopped cooperation for IAEA reports on Iranian nuclear facilities.

In response to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s opposition to the nuclear deal he warns threatens Israel’s very existence, US President Barack Obama’s administration has reportedly cut American intelligence cooperation with Israel.

A report on Monday night by the Hebrew-language Channel 10, notes that the cooperation between Israeli and American intelligence agencies until now has aided the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in formulating reports on Iran’s nuclear program, reports that advanced the sanctions against the Islamic regime.

At the moment, while Israel is cooperating with various countries in terms of intelligence on Iran’s nuclear program, the cooperation with the United States has stopped according to the report.

In closed conversations senior sources in the White House have expressed concerns that Netanyahu will reveal details Obama has kept secret from the nuclear deal being sealed with Iran, according to the news channel.

So Now You Finally Know

I have often been chastised by so called friends for not supporting the Republican Party and then for not voting in any elections. I have a clear message: voting in this government’s election process is voting for evil. I refuse.

And now that the Republican Party has taken control of Congress, you see every day that there is no hope in the political process. Stop crying. There is no savior coming, only the proverbial strongman who will tighten the noose of tyranny as effectively as outlined in The Road to Serfdom. You only have two choices: Submit or Resist.

Leo Gerald: GOP’s Blind Hate of Labor Union Members

To Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, America’s labor union members are the same as murderous, beheading, caged-prisoner-immolating ISIS terrorists. Exactly the same.

That’s what he told the Conservative Political Action Conference  (CPAC) last week.  The governor said that because he destroyed public sector labor rights in Wisconsin after 100,000 union supporters protested in Madison he could defeat ISIS as President of the United States.

That sums up all the GOP hate and vitriol against labor union members in recent years. It would appear that Republicans can’t discern the difference between suicide bombers and working men and women who band together to collectively bargain for better wages and safer conditions. Republicans, it seems, can’t see that a foreign extremist group that kidnaps 276 schoolgirls is not the same as an American labor organization seeking to improve the lives of families and communities. This GOP blindness explains the relentless campaign by GOP leaders to renege on contractual obligations to workers, squash labor rights and slash the pay and benefits of union members.

Charlotte City Council’s LGBT proposal sparks firestorm from faith leaders

The proposals have sparked a firestorm, with groups of clergy on both sides sending open letters to the council and at least 75 people signing up to speak at the council meeting.

“I have gotten more emails on this than any issue in the 10 years I’ve been on council,” Democrat Michael Barnes said Friday.

Council members are scheduled to vote on an expansion of its nondiscrimination ordinance to include sexual orientation, gender expression and gender identity to a list of protected groups. It also would prohibit discrimination based on someone’s marital and familial status.

$4M in gold reported stolen during armed robbery along I-95

Authorities are investigating the theft of an estimated $4 million worth of gold reportedly stolen during an armed robbery at Interstate 95 mile marker 114 near Wilson on March 1, 2015. — The FBI and Wilson County authorities are investigating the theft of an estimated $4 million worth of gold reportedly stolen during an armed robbery along Interstate 95 near Wilson Sunday evening, the sheriff’s office says.

Two armed security guards told authorities that they were traveling from Miami to Massachusetts with a shipment of silver and gold when they pulled over at mile marker 114 after mechanical problems with their truck.

The sheriff’s office says the guards reported that three armed men in a white van approached them, ordered them to the ground, tied their hands behind their backs and forced them to walk into some nearby woods.

My Turn: A question with no easy answers

Many people often tell me they enjoy my letters in the paper and look forward to the next one. They immediately follow it up with the questions: Aren’t you afraid? Why do you do it? My response is always the same: It costs nothing to speak out, but remaining silent could cost you everything.

We are now faced with the government our forefathers warned us about. The sad thing is most people are oblivious to what is happening. They are all too happy to carry on watching their “American Idol,” “Dancing with the Stars” or other mindless TV shows. The sad fact is Americans will refuse to stand and defend their rights and freedom until the vast majority of them feel the pain.

Voting? How is that working out for you? Politicians get to Washington and feel untouchable and the vast majority of them betray everything they promised they would do. Voting is useless!

How many people are aware of the Patriot Act and the rights it destroys all in the name of keeping Americans safe? The NDAA? America is now lorded over by an oligarchic ruling class. Republicans are indistinguishable from Democrats. For voting majorities, who resoundingly rejected Obamacare in 2010 and all Obama policies in 2014, there is currently no place to go.

Benjamin Franklin once stated, “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither and will lose both.” That moment in time is here, Americans. Freedom is under assault. Open your eyes and recognize it. Obama stated that he wanted to fundamentally change America. Obama is not incompetent; he is destroying America more quickly than anyone could imagine. People say Obama is a failed presidency; I say he is succeeding at many goals he set.

Confronted with this information the next question always asked is: “What can we do about it?” That, my friends, is the million-dollar question. “Why don’t you run for office?” I wish I could. Our government has turned into something our founders never desired. The common man, except in rare cases, has no chance of getting elected to high office, thanks to all the corruption.

Americans spoke loud and clear at the last election. Obama said, “Make no mistake, my policies are on the ballot!” We overwhelmingly rejected those policies. Republicans are already breaking the promises they won office running on. Make no mistake. A major priority of the Republican majorities in the 114th Congress will be to con voters into believing that broken promises were kept or that failure to keep them was not their fault.

It’s frustrating, I know. I wish I could answer the question about what to do. Our founders laid out what to do — it’s in the Declaration of Independence. Hamilton in Federalist Papers 28 also stated what to do. These are not easy answers. Our government has become usurpers of the law. They have betrayed their constituents.

What can we do about it? Our children’s future, our grandchildren’s future, our country’s future are all at stake. Winston Churchill once said, “If you will not fight for what’s right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it’s better to perish than to live as slaves.”

Our Constitution, liberty, freedom, wealth, future and children are no longer at risk; the risk is past; they already are lost!

The question now is “What can we do?” Answer????

Graphic video shows LAPD shooting a homeless man

Violence and Language Warning.

A series of civilian deaths at the hands of police in the past year has become a touchstone for trouble race relations in the United States, most notably in Ferguson, Missouri, when an unarmed teen-ager was shot and killed by a police officer, triggering weeks of protests and some rioting. A grand jury cleared the officer of wrongdoing.

The homeless man in the video was declared dead at a hospital shortly after the shooting, the Times reported, citing police spokesman Sgt. Barry Montgomery. Police could not be reached by Reuters to confirm the report.

Sierra Leone Vice President Places Himself in Ebola Quarantine

Sierra Leone’s Vice President Samuel Sam-Sumana said on Saturday that he had placed himself in a 21-day quarantine after one of his bodyguards died of Ebola amid a worrying recent surge in new infections in the West African nation.

Cases of Ebola, which has killed nearly 10,000 people in Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea during a year-long epidemic, have fallen off sharply in recent weeks.

Of 99 new confirmed Ebola cases in the region during the week to Feb. 22, however, 63 were in Sierra Leone according to the World Health Organisation’s weekly report.

Sam-Sumana’s bodyguard John Koroma died early this week.

“I have decided to be put under quarantine because I do not want to take chances and I want to lead by example,” the vice president told Reuters. “I am very well and showing no signs of illness.”

ISIS Abducted His Son & Brutally Murdered Him in Public Execution Video. Then He Got His Revenge

When Basil Ramadan received the heartbreaking news that his son had been murdered by ISIS terrorists, he took justice into his own hands.

Following the massacre, the Islamic State plastered video of the executions all over the Internet.

After seeing the video, which listed his son by name, Basil Ramadan wanted revenge. The father, in his 60s, grabbed an AK-47 and attacked an ISIS checkpoint like a one-man army.

The grieving father racked up a body count of seven before he was killed – avenging his son’s death sevenfold on the brutal terrorist organization.
