SUPREME COURT GREEN LIGHTS DETENTION OF AMERICANS

And now we know the answer:

The federal judiciary will stand idly by while Congress and the president establish the legal framework for the establishment of a police state and the subjugation of the American citizenry through the threat of indefinite military arrest and detention, without the right to counsel, the right to confront one’s accusers, or the right to trial.

We have no peaceful recourse left when they come for us. We cannot ask why we have been put into this position but only how we will react. At least we now know that we are living in the police state of Amerika. May God give us Sacred honor so that we will fight as our founding fathers did.

A decision from the U.S. Supreme Court means the federal government now has an open door to “detain as a threat to national security anyone viewed as a troublemaker,” critics of the high court’s ruling said.

The high court by its own order this week refused to review an appellate-level decision that says the president and U.S. military can arrest and indefinitely detain individuals.

Officials with William J. Olson, P.C., a firm that filed an amicus brief asking the court to step in, noted that not a single justice dissented from the denial of certiorari.

“The court ducked, having no appetite to confront both political parties in order to protect the citizens from military detention,” the legal team told WND. “The government has won, creating a tragic moment for the people – and what will someday be viewed as an embarrassment for the court.”

friend-of-the-court brief submitted in the case stated: “The central question now before this court is whether the federal judiciary will stand idly by while Congress and the president establish the legal framework for the establishment of a police state and the subjugation of the American citizenry through the threat of indefinite military arrest and detention, without the right to counsel, the right to confront one’s accusers, or the right to trial.”

The Truth About War Heroes in America

war heroes

For the past dozen years or so, Americans have been deluged with talk about “heroes,” and especially “our brave soldiers.” I was at a funeral recently, and was shocked to see the funeral director conduct a ritual: he had all past or current members of the military line up and touch a flag for the deceased.

This is not only stupidly out of proportion, but it is deeply damaging to the “heroes.”

As I’ve said before, I understand how young people get pulled into the military, and I do not think that they join because they want to kill. (Though some small number may.) So, let me be very clear on something:

The vast majority of war heroes are victims.

As it happens, I talk to military people, sympathetically. And I know the other side of the war hero story – the side that they don’t show on TV or when worshiping uniforms in churches, schools, or at sporting events.

Point #1: No one leaves battle whole.

Saudis parade nuclear missiles for the first time in defiance of US-Iranian nuclear accord

DF-3 nuclear missiles at Saudi military parade

Saudi Arabia became the first Middle East nation to publicly exhibit its nuclear-capable missiles. The long-range, liquid propellant DF-3 ballistic missile (NATO designated CSS-2), purchased from China 27 years ago, was displayed for the first time at a Saudi military parade Tuesday, April 29, in the eastern military town of Hafar Al-Batin, at the junction of the Saudi-Kuwaiti-Iraqi borders.

The DF-3 has a range of 2,650 km and carries a payload of 2,150 kg. It is equipped with a single nuclear warhead with a 1-3 MT yield.

Watched by a wide array of Saudi defense and military dignitaries, headed by Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister Salman bin Abdulaziz, the parade marked the end of the large-scale “Abdullah’s Sword” military war game.

Conspicuous on the saluting stand was the Pakistani Chief of Staff Gen. Raheel Sharif alongside eminent visitors, including King Hamad of Bahrain and Sheikh Muhammad bin Zayed, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi.

DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources report the event was deliberately loaded with highly-significant messages, the foremost of which was that the Middle East is in the throes of a nuclear arms race in the wake of the Iranian program.

1. The oil kingdom was saying loud and clear that it has obtained nuclear missiles and is ready to use them in the event of an armed conflict with Iran.

GOP Embracing Obamacare?

From YouTube:

Republican Member of Congress Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) stands accused of embracing the inevitability of Obamacare. Should Republicans accept Obamacare and do their best to ease the ills of President Obama’s health care law, or simply reject it in its totality?

GRNC Proves Forsyth Sheriff Violated Law

Form proves Schatzman collected private employment information on applicants

The GRNC Political Victory Fund supports David Griffith for Forsyth County Sheriff (FCSO) because incumbent William T. Schatzman is one of a number of sheriffs around the state who have unlawfully imposed extra requirements on concealed handgun permit (CHP) applicants in violation of N.C.G.S. 14-415.4, which stipulates a standardized statewide application process.

Recently, a member of the “Sheriff’s Citizens Patrol” responded to a GRNC-PVF mailing by distributing a letter (http://grnc.org/documents/Miller_Letter_Schatzman.pdf) which accuses GRNC of perpetrating a “flat out falsehood” when it said Schatzman demanded employer information from CHP applicants in violation of the law.

Accordingly, GRNC has now published all documents related to Schatzman’s law-breaking, including the original form demanding employment information as well as the newer “voluntary” employment information form which replaced it only after a GRNC alert targeting Schatzman at:

Statement from GRNC president Paul Valone:

“Recently, we’ve received dozens of complaints about sheriffs who violate the law by obstructing concealed handgun permit applications. The GRNC Political Victory Fund action against Forsyth County Sheriff William Schatzman is intended to deliver a message that when it comes the re-election prospects of sheriffs who break the law, there is a new sheriff in town.”

Five Stunning Facts About America’s Prison System You Haven’t Heard

America’s massive prison system is creating a long list of unintended consequences, some of which will effect all of us in the coming years. To help explain just how bad things have gotten, we’ve compiled this list of the most stunning facts and statistics on the America’s prison system today.

1) Because of its prison system, the US is the only country in the world where more men are raped than women.

According to the 2011 report from Department of Justice, nearly one in 10 prisoners report having been raped or sexually assaulted by other inmates, staff or both. According to a revised report from the US Department of Justice, there were 216,000 victims of rape in US prisons in 2008. That is roughly 600 a day or 25 every hour.

Those numbers are of victims, not instances, which would be much higher since many victims were reportedly assaulted multiple times throughout the year. Excluding prison rapes, there about 200,000 rapes per year in America, and roughly 91 percent of those victims are women. If these numbers are accurate, this means that America is the only country in the world where more men are raped than women.

Layne Chapman of Texas, in the area of the BLM land grab along the Red River, is a good man. There are not many who can claim that title. Now, his land is in danger of being confiscated. This is not federal land he is grazing on, it is his land. The BLM wants to claim 90,000 acres, some of it Chapman’s, to “define” the border or some other bureaucratic excuse. Their “good” ideas spell pain and bankruptcy for mere citizens of this pirated nation.

Chapman would like the support of the people in the style of Bundy, but without the force. He would like to see a rally to bring heat to the issue, raise awareness, etc.

I believe Chapman to be a good man. That isn’t enough.

Right now Chapman has the support of the state of Texas. The Governor and the Attorney General are on the case, but even if that were not true Chapman’s vision is flawed.

Isolated Russia Makes Friends: To Hold Military Drill With China; Strikes Multi-Billion Deals Qatar And Iran

The G-8 may be no more as the G-7 throws every possible case of harsh language known to man at the Kremlin, which obstinately refuses to back down, while re-escalating sanctions against a Russia which merely has done what the US does every single time its national interest abroad is threatened, but one thing is becoming ever clearer: while the west isolates Russia with ever stricter measures, Russia has decided to make some new friends.

Such as China:

China and Russia will hold a “maritime cooperation-2014” drill in East China Sea at end-May, Voice of Russia reports on its Chinese-language website yesterday.

China and Russia will conduct reconnaissance in the area within 3 days to prepare for the drill, the report says, citing an unidentified representative from Russian navy.

Earlier, the Russian military delegation of the Russian Navy, led by Viktor Karamazov Couchepi, arrived in Shanghai. Naval officials and representatives of the General Command of the Pacific Fleet met the Russian military delegation.

Such as Iran:

Are Police One Of The Mental Casualties Of The New World Order?

by Bernie Suarez

Are too many police officers currently suffering from engineered mental instability? The wave of police brutality in America and the world suggests this may be true, but just how big is this problem and is all of this engineered? First, without question there are still excellent police officers throughout America that go to work every day and carry themselves in a professional manner. Unfortunately these good and well meaning police officers are having to bare the weight and the burden placed on them by other so-called ‘bad’ police. But what exactly is underneath all of this? Even police that act violently often mean well but have rationalized their own behavior to justify what they do. Let’s examine this closer.

Police, like our military men and women who are forced into situations they would rather not be in, are now being counted on to carry out over-reactive injustices on American citizens. Every day we are hearing about police shooting, killing, tasering and beating to death Americans (and even their dogs) who had no charges against them, were not even read their Miranda rights and didn’t get a chance to be heard in front of a jury of their peers. The stories of police executions nationwide are almost daily. So what can be said about this phenomenon? It appears that in many if not most cases the police officer genuinely thought that what they were doing was justified, however irrational that may sound. Note that these officers do have a cognitive train of thought that justifies what they do. This train of thought is no longer random (not that it ever was). Police are now ‘trained’ to think in a way that is very dangerous to all Americans. Whether it’s the man reaching for his cell phone only to get shot and killed because the officer sees a gun, or whether it’s the person simply running away from the police. The person running away doesn’t realize that the police officer sees things dramatically different from how civilians see it. To bridge that gap of perception Hollywood regularly feeds the masses a long list of TV Cop shows and police activity based movies. This effective strategy empowers the police to do as much as they can get away with, hoping the (TV watching) public will ‘connect’ with police perspective. Nonetheless, the person who runs away from police must realize that police see a man that is better off dead than to be a man who got away. They see someone running away as a terrorist who is running because he is a super dangerous now discovered terrorist. They may not even consider the basic logic of ‘police equals jail’ and ‘no one wants to go to jail’ or ‘no one wants to be beaten and murdered by a police, thus run’. These statements would perhaps fall under ‘silly human logic’ or ‘big mistake’ to the officers involved. In fact recently a police chief thought it “odd” that a woman who felt she was being hit on by a motorcycle cop did not want to talk to the officer. Is this really odd? Or police logic? The lady felt that the officer was acting like a sexual predator thus she tried to ignore him and exercise her right to not speak with him so he eventually chased her down, tackled and arrested her for not acknowledging his approach. One lesson learned here is that police minds are ‘sincerely’ wired into a logic that is entirely disconnected from the paradigm that you and I live in.

U.S., UK advise avoiding Internet Explorer until bug fixed

The U.S. and UK governments on Monday advised computer users to consider using alternatives to Microsoft Corp’s Internet Explorer browser until the company fixes a security flaw that hackers used to launch attacks.

The Internet Explorer bug, disclosed over the weekend, is the first high-profile computer threat to emerge since Microsoft stopped providing security updates for Windows XP earlier this month. That means PCs running the 13-year-old operating system will remain unprotected, even after Microsoft releases updates to defend against it.

The Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Computer Emergency Readiness Team said in an advisory released on Monday that the vulnerability in versions 6 to 11 of Internet Explorer could lead to “the complete compromise” of an affected system.

The Pope Is Completely Wrong About Capitalism And Inequality

Pope Francis - Photo by Tania Rego

On Monday, the following message was posted on the Pope’s official Twitter account: “Inequality is the root of social evil.”  This follows on the heels of several other extremely harsh statements that he has made about capitalism over the past year.  The Pope appears to believe that inequality is one of the greatest evils that humanity is facing.  So if we redistributed all money and all property and made sure that everyone had an equal amount, would that wipe out social evil?  Of course not.  Such a notion is absolutely absurd.  Being the Pope, he should know that the evil that we see all around us is not the result of the distribution of wealth.  Rather, it is the result of humanity’s deep rebellion against God.  Yes, the fact that the wealth of the planet is being increasingly funneled to a very small minority at the top of the pyramid is a major problem.  This is something that I have written about repeatedly.  But the answer is not to make sure that everyone has the exact same amount of money and property.  In the end, that would only turn us into North Korea.
