More good advice SP1!
Some food for thought, can your property be taken from you? As your life may depend on it, you must keep it! Most people these days have a mortgage, what do you do if you loose your income? Move heaven and earth and get it paid for!
First off, I am not a lawyer or a financial advisor, just an old homesteader, so take my questions and advice with caution!
The Great Reset wants to own everything, and if you are good you can rent.
There may be several ways to keep your land.
The first might be an allodial title, not sure of the spelling. This is where you stake a claim with the government for the orrigna title, this protects your land from every one but the feds.
The second way might be in a pure trust, if you don’t own it, it can’t be taken from you. Trust have their own problems, you need a trustee you can trust. Family dident work out for me, and I sure don’t trust bankers!
Of course having land that is free and clear is also a start.
If you own a home but want a homestead, get a second mortgage on the home and by the land free and clear.
As long as you owe taxes you are not free. Property, vehicle, insurance, medical, state, federal, on and on and on. That said, at some point something has to be cancelled. But it will be impossible to cancel everything; and this is where a problem occurs.
The big thing will be taxes, property in particular. Our community has a commercial area along the only Hwy. through the valley. We are about to develop it as a “walk it back” and disconnect from the technology IV place to do business. It will be helpful to set some money aside for property taxes from this venture -- until they go full non-physical currency controlled by the government. Most of the population will submit because they have already trained people to accept the technology IV. We may all be heading for gypsy wagons, but for a time, prepare, prepare, prepare -- then have a back-up plan to your back-up plan.
You will own nothing and be happy. They will destroy everything and build back better. The currency is being destroyed. They will issue a debit card to you, if you haven’t been naughty. If you have the “shot”. The war in Ukraine is another stage of the strategy to destroy Europe. And us. Millions will die. The war over there is designed to get much larger. This is Genghis Khan on steroids. Food shortages. Medicine shortages. Most meds come from China. Fuel and energy shortages. Riots. Looting. Zombie Apocalypse. Why not? They’re throwing everything at us.
I’m just guessing here, but I’m thinking in our present situation with the so called “great reset” hanging over everyones head, before the confiscation of property ensues civilization will embark upon a revolution, economies throughout the world will have collapsed, and chaos will reign supreme everywhere you look. At that point land/property ownership will be a moot point, to say nothing of the inability to collect taxes, with all semblance of gommermint ceasing to exist. After all, are you as a gommermint employee gonna do due diligence when your paycheck is not coming anymore?
I’m thinking here the most severe threat you will have would be from roving gangs of invaders grabbing all they can from everyone who they see as weaker and all they are able to control. Setting up their own little fiefdoms.
Remember that once they cease applying the coercion techniques it will go full force, and the response from to many areas to mention will be to return that force with full on revolution, Ushering in the age of chaos and lawlessness throughout.
Yes, that is most likely! If it is a slow collapse, taxes will be a problem, but then a tax revolt is likely. It is best to have plan, A, B, C and D as well. So much for a retirement of puttering and tinkering.
Criminal organizations will provide some supplies outside the system. I recommend everyone get street wise.
