Also Amazon -- “Sorry, your subscription item that we knew about every month for the past 11 months is somehow not in stock and we don’t know when it might be.” OR ALTERNATIVELY…”Sorry, your shipment that we track every step of the way, and that we told you would be there tomorrow, somehow went missing and we have no idea where it is or when you might get it….but if you don’t get it by tomorrow, you can request a refund…yeah, we know you actually want and NEED the item, but that’s your problem now…we’ll refund the money, but then you need to order it again…without the subscription discount….ha ha…”
