Protesters gather in Oregon to defend gold miners in dispute with government agency

GRANTS PASS, Oregon — Some local constitutional activists have gathered in southern Oregon to support gold miners in a dispute with the federal government.

The Grants Pass Daily Courier ( ) reported that about a dozen people, some dressed in military gear and carrying guns, were milling about a rural property outside Grants Pass on Monday. A sign at the end of the driveway said they were the Josephine County Oath Keepers.

Group spokeswoman Mary Emerick says they also had people at the mining claim, located on federal land outside the community of Galice. She says they are defending constitutional rights.

“Our mission is simply to make sure that the mine owners constitutional, Fifth Amendment rights are in place— the right to due process,” she told the Mail Tribune newspaper in Medford. “If this resolves itself tomorrow, we’re ready to pack up and leave, but we’re prepared (for the long term).”

I still have not found (or read) answers to
these questions:
Firstly, who authorized an individual from Washington state to speak for and respond to information released by a Patriot organization in Oregon?
Secondly, Bosworth is not a member of oathkeepers, Josephine county Oregon. The question remains, who authorized him to make this statement (regarding oathkeepersjoco) an organization he is not a part of: “Oath Keepers on site will be given new marching orders.”
My questions and comments regarding this ‘swiss cheese’ report to mikey at SSI, where I first found this ‘report’ posted (well in advance of seeing it anywhere else throughout the NET), go unanswered and censored via his refusal to post any comments regarding this posting on his site.
He has since posted about a dozen different postings, since dropping this gem two days ago, and each of them have comments.
I find it to be more likely that I can fly like Superman, than for it to be possible that no one submitted comments in response to this at SSI.
Lastly, and again, who authorized Bosworth (not a member of oathkeepers, Josephine county, Oregon) to speak for and make this statement “Oath Keepers on site will be given new marching orders.”
My reservations regarding stewie and the oathkeepers organization at the national level, not withstanding, does not change the validity of my question regarding Bosworth and his “report.”
At the moment, Bosworth’s ‘report’ has not been echoed by OK’s (or their websites) at the county or national level. Both websites are still actively organizing to bear witness and provide security for the miners and their property.
